I feel like customer service is a lost skill, but the no real acknowledgment just a shove of a pin pad in you face seems to be were we’re headed… not the first time I have had this experience. I am glad they didn’t ask for a tip. But I little smile nice hi goes a long way
I love the food at Panera!! Everything is so fresh and delicious. The salads and sandwiches are freshly made to order. There is nothing better than a sandwich on fresh baked bread. The soups are so delicious, I’m waiting for the squash soup to be brought back for fall.. it’s my favourite! The staff at this restaurant are all lovely and hardworking people. The young gentleman that was working at the cash on July 26th /25 at 5:00pm was a real pleasure with great people...
We recently had a family get-together and used Panera to cater. First, the delivery was early - fantastic! The food was well packaged, labeled and the presentation was lovely! Everyone raved about the bread and mac and cheese. I don’t eat/like pasta but I tried it and was blown away. The presentation of the salads were mouth watering, in particular the Greek salad! I loved that it came with utensils. All I had to do was unpack the bag and add salad dressing. I would 100% order...
