Papa John's Pizza

I was having uber order and there was old man employee ( not in uniform) who don't know how to speak. He was just sitting on huge table and was speaking very rude like don't have any manners. I suggest to visit other PAPA JHON'S branch to get food with respect 🙏🙏

First time ever I ordered this through Uber eats the worst pizza by far ever cold burnt and nasty this was always my favorite pizza and location for over 10 years but will honestly probably never order it again

Poor customer service

I spent $66 for 2 pizzas.This was my first and definitely my last time ordering from this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered just two pizzas and had to wait nearly an hour—completely unacceptable. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs. 👎🏻 No wonder you have to rely on advertising to find new customers. Sorry, but this new customer won’t be coming back! I will tell my all friends and employees my worst experience.

Been ordering from here for years. Never had an issue. Friendly staff, accurate orders, good deals, fast prep.

I've ordered delivery and went to pick up to this location about 4-5 times. Only 1 time was i satisfied.
The delivery is super slow and we live 5 minutes away.. cold pizzas and the toppings were lacking.. cold soggy..undercooked..not fresh bell peppers. Mine actually looked like it got bitten first then thrown in the box. Terrible.

Best location is the Younge street Papa Johns.. across the street from the McDonald's. Nothing will ever come close to that pizza place!..if you are super hungry, don't want to be waiting over an hour for a pizza & want a good deal...(then don't order from Bellpharm Rd location)
Be better.

I ordered a "bowl" with extra cheese, pepperoni, olives and onion. It came in a paper pan and much resembled a smashed can of mushroom soup. Zero cheese, like none at all. 4 pieces of green pepper and 5 slices of pepperoni sitting on a mess of grey slop. It looked disgusting and a taste proved it was. Manager didn't care, said she could not refund the amount. Would not come back and take it and provide driver with a refund. With the cost of takeout food you at least expect something edible to show up at your door. What a RIP OFF. AVOID THIS DUMP!!!

Twice in a row they've messed up my order by not including paid-for sides. When I call to speak to them, they say "it's ordered through Skip we're not doing anything, sorry!"
How about fill the order out correctly to begin with? Very sad and disappointing.
