First time trying there pizza it was so good The garlic sauce is garlicy and buttery. The pepper that they give is such a nice touch when your eating it all together. First had a meat lovers but then i went back and got a meat lovers with anchovy on it and ouuufff!!!!! I can't get enough..... what have i dont to myself 😅🤣🤣

Great service, great help, great people. Stopped in rite before closing with my brother and our last bit of change we scrounged up for some food. For our $9.35 they made us medium pepperoni cuz we explained the situation (basically homeless, totally broke, starving, hadn't eaten in days) and gave us what extra they could. 10/10. Also pizza was fantastic

I used to always order from Papa Johns, as they used to be the best pizza. They got a new oven, and not sure what else changed, but the pizza was no longer light, fluffy, and cooked just right. Instead it is flat, and darker crust. Harder to chew. And when I ordered my cheese, as I have always done, I got a lot of cheese. Now, doesn't seem so much, but the flatness, overcooking of it, probably factors in. I get the regular cheese, plus 6 cheese blend, and extra cheese. I hadn't ordered for awhile, but decided to try again. I even called in, and explicitly said exactly how I wanted it. Well that didn't work. It is sad, because it used to be really good. I have been ordering from Pizza Capo, and so far, all their food is great, and reasonably priced.

Amazing staff at Papa John's Barrie Yonge St. Location. Adam, Jey, Krish, Adra, great people that work hard to provide great tasting better quality pizza with fast top quality service with a genuine smile. The drivers like Joey are always in great spirits and are their to serve the customers with fast and courteous service. This store is super busy and customers always leave happy with with hot piping pizza and delicious desserts too.

Really fast delivery. Received my pizza in 16 minutes on a Saturday night. Very hot right out of the oven. Delivery guys are always friendly.

Probably one of the worst pizza I ever had. I ordered a one topping pizza of mushroom. There was barely any mushrooms on slices. Big NO to their food. Never ordering again.
Order from here at 1150-12 and it didn’t arrive until 1pm… when called at 1225 the person on the phone said it was out for delivery it still took an extra 45mins to arrive ( note we only live 10-15mins from location ) Once the pizza had been delivered at 1pm, it was luke warm/chewy spongy and had the texture of when you warm it up in the microwave. The service and food was sub par and we will not be ordering pizza here again. It shouldn’t have taken over an hour to arrive in the middle of a work day. Adding this as its now the next day and both my husband and I got food poisoning from the pizzas ordered… as the were most likely sitting in 30 degree heat for far to long

I went to order from this location with the coupon that Papa Johns sent out in the mail today, May 24th, 2024. FREE PIZZA WITH PURCHASE OF ANY PIZZA AT REGULAR MENUE PRICE. ONLINE ONLY (May 24 - 31 2024) The website kept saying the code was invalid. I called the store and spoke to the employees, saying this flyer in my hands say this code works today, and they said they will refuse to honor the flyer they printed and sent out even though it clearly said it was valid. So fark this place, shady business practices going on here.

If your using the app to place an order be careful I wish I can take a screen shot for you guys to show confirmation but during due to privacy it won't allow me. The service from this place sucks. A week later they ask for money.? Odd to me... I have been in sales dealing with people all my life public walk ins, calls, emails on the daily if something petty like this on a $50 dallar transaction isn't taken care of within a timely fashion it's your fault. Same day 24hrs people this is the food industry not the brick. Week later at 8pm on a holiday Is ridiculous lost my business, what a headache this has been tonight. The guy from the store calling asking for payment eager to cause an issue for a customer willing to take action ingainst that customer so pleased hangs up in a hurry without a solution. Great customer service bud.Lucky I gave 1 star only cause I had to.Good luck!

Tried to order a pizza for delivery over the phone. Twice. First time got hung up on. Second time got told that if I call again they were calling the cops. Just wanted a pizza but the man on the phone tonight decided that it was appropriate to deny me that right. Ordered online instead. Horrible customer service. Man should be fired.
