we've been here many moons ago and pass it often as it can be seen on hwy. It's a small shop in an industrial area by Costco (everyone knows where that is in Barrie), we were greeted by Sam who guided us from prices to popularity. We settled on assorted NY cheesecake. They also carry imperfect ones in a separate marked freezer but I'm not sure what they mean by imperfect so we'll stick to the not imperfect (? ????). Will update on looks and tastes tomorrow.Had few laughs and learned to pronounce Pfalzgraf (falls-graph) I was saying it all wrong "fah-laugh-laugh" is what I've been saying all these years whenever we passed the storeThanks Sam!!Merry Christmas ????December 20, 2022

We found the staff to be really rude and the cheese cake wasn't anything special. When we walked in we heard the staff member on the his phone and he sounded like he wanted to keep talking on his phone instead of dealing with us. we told him we've never been here before and was interested in trying his products. he never said anything, but gave us a blank stare. we saw signs saying dont open the freezers and let the staff do it. so once we told the guy we wants a mix cheese cake. again he just stared at us. after a few awaked moments of silence, i asked is the cheese cake in this freezer and put my hand on it, because he wasn't of any help. he lost his mind on us and told us don't touch the freezer and the pictures on top of the freezer. this could have been avoided if buddy could have help us and instead of staring at us with upset look because he wanted to talk on his phone.... i will not be returning or promoting this place at all... there is more then one bakery in Barrie that produce much better service and quality...

I had picked up 2 of their products recently on a spare of the moment decision. Chocolate Caramel Torte and the Assorted Torte 2. These were so delicious and were loved by everyone! Delicious cheesecakes, we purchased the variety cheesecake and the NY cheesecake - both were a hit - thank you.
