I just want to say my wife and I had a great lunch here today after church. Hina is very helpful, pleasant and caring. Chloe is very good at what she does too. She thinks about her customers and goes above and beyond as she is preparing their Pita. She is attentive and cares. I hope they both get a raise soon.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Pita Pit.
I ordered a gluten-free pita through the mobile app, and when I opened it, there was visible mold all over the wrap (see photos). This is extremely concerning, especially since gluten-free orders are often for medical reasons such as celiac disease, where food safety is critical.
I called the store immediately to speak with a supervisor since the order had just been placed. Instead of addressing the issue, the supervisor was rude and dismissive and refused to believe the order was placed through the app, repeatedly telling me I was incorrect and must have ordered elsewhere. This was despite me providing every detail requested, including the order ID and transaction ID.
After multiple back-and-forth arguments, she finally and reluctantly admitted she found the order and agreed to issue a refund. There was still no apology, no concern about the mold, and no accountability for serving unsafe food.
Serving moldy food is unacceptable, and the way this situation was handled was equally unacceptable. This experience has seriously impacted my trust in this location, particularly when it comes to gluten-free and allergy-safe food handling.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both food safety practices and customer service standards.

Love this Pita Pit! Their portion sizes are very generous, and the quality of the food is excellent. Their customer service really stands out. The staff were super understanding when a mistake was made with my order (on our part) and kindly remade it with zero hesitation. Truly above-and-beyond service! Highly recommend!

Prices are jacked right up and they skimp on portions. I know pita pit isn’t the cheapest, however I know the one in wasaga beach is significantly cheaper than here. Also, I pay for extra bacon on my chicken caesar and then somehow still end up with just two pieces? Even though it is supposed to be four? Boycotting this location.

I was here today for a chicken souvlaki pita. The service was excellent. The young lady that prepared my food was sweet and friendly. The ingredients were fresh, the toppings neat and well stocked, and the store was clean. Definitely recommend. :)

Was ok. Ordered 2 wraps on Uber for pick up, paid the extra for regular size but got small. Asked for extra sauce and one had some sauce the other had barely any. Quality was good, not much on the wraps though.
