I think it's important to labelnpitas when more than one is ordered through door dash ... Like it should just be an automatic... don't be lazy....

Very disappointing Pita Pit experience. The employee making my pita didn't put the pita into the steamer (or warmer, not sure what it is) prior to making it so it just fell apart on him when he tried to wrap it. He ended up putting it into another unsteamed pita and it fell apart when he wrapped it but he decided it was good enough and served it anyway. I'm glad it was a one off stop as I don't live in the area.

Sharlene and Stephanie are absolute sweethearts! Their service is incredibly fast and friendly. They always greet you with a smile and make the whole experience super pleasant. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Definitely my go-to spot thanks to them!

Pita pit always tastes good, I’ll give them that much. But the service is horrible, made me feel like an inconvenience for ordering food. Also has got my size wrong three times now, payed for one regular and one large, and got two regular sizes. Lady at the front yelled at me for reading my friends order (which she texted me) from my phone, as unfortunately I don’t have her order memorized. This location has always had worse customer service, I’d prefer to drive across town for the other one to avoid getting scolded

Tried the loaded veggie fries yesterday. It was great and Aiswarya was really hardworking and her smile made my day.
The food was great. The service was laughable. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience giving this restaurant my money. No one said hi, the boy at the front didn’t speak to me. The girls making the pits were angry and full of attitude . The one other customer and I were actually laughing is disbelief over how terrible the customer service was. There’s alot of options in this plaza for food and if that’s how I feel walking into a place I will chose somewhere else over this. Wow

I made an online order arrived to me incorrectly. I brought it back to my local pita pit and lovely Manager fixed my pitas for me and tossed in a freebie for my trouble. very sweet very welcoming when I came in I was very appreciative of her kindness and respect for fixing my order without hesitation. I came for lunch today and wanted to give a shout out and thank you to Sharlene who was doing a fantastic job. It was extremely busy and she was working very quickly to stay on top of everything great example of good work ethic which is hard to find these days. Good job Sharlene !
