The food was great. The service was laughable. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience giving this restaurant my money. No one said hi, the boy at the front didn’t speak to me. The girls making the pits were angry and full of attitude . The one other customer and I were actually laughing is disbelief over how terrible the customer service was. There’s alot of options in this plaza for food and if that’s how I feel walking into a place I will chose somewhere else over this. Wow

The food was okay, the food has become way expensive for the portion size provided. There was microscopic amount of chicken provided in the shawarma bowl and staff’s were not very friendly.

I made an online order arrived to me incorrectly. I brought it back to my local pita pit and lovely Manager fixed my pitas for me and tossed in a freebie for my trouble. very sweet very welcoming when I came in I was very appreciative of her kindness and respect for fixing my order without hesitation. I wanna say thank you again.

I came for lunch today and wanted to give a shout out and thank you to Sharlene who was doing a fantastic job. It was extremely busy and she was working very quickly to stay on top of everything great example of good work ethic which is hard to find these days. Good job Sharlene !

Ordered a Chicken souvlaki wrap tonight. Paper was stuck to the wrap and had to remove half of the pita so I wasn’t eating paper. After two or three bites noticed something hard. There was a broken plastic bread tie in my food. Threw the rest of the pita in the garbage. Will not be returning to this location.

We were the only ones in the place…Didn't say boo or bah… a couples of minutes later a girl finally showed up.. “what can I get you” was the only thing that came out of her mouth. Followed by “ we have no rice”. We left but will not be back at this location…

Me and my girl just had our minds blown at the Bayside pita pit. Walked in to a clean, real nice store and were greeted with a smile by a nice young employee. Little did we know, this guy was an absolute Pita ninja. Bro threw together two of the sickest pitas you have ever seen! So damn tasty. We’ll be back.
The worst shawarma Ive ever had. Zero taste, ice cold veggies, tons of sauces. I ordered chicken shawarma but spent a very big effort to find chicken.

Absolutely miserable staff that clearly don’t want to be there. Sunday evening at 6PM wasn’t busy. Kid behind the counter didn’t know what was on the fiesta steak said he had no idea but didn’t bother to ask his coworker for help ordered the Philly cheesesteak and wasn’t asked if I wanted veggies on the grill? Thought that was a routine question so instead ended up with cold veg on the pita didn’t ask about cheese either female coworker had the same miserable look on her face. Sign on the door states that they’re not hiring but you may want to rethink that. Won’t be back

If I could put 0 in atmosphere and some servers, I would. In 2024 it still surprises me, the bias and racism others live through. When a young man, probably east Indian walked in to order lunch today about 2 :30 pm and the staff looks at him and says, we're not hiring in a tone loud enough for the entire store to hear, I'm absolutely disgusted. When he told her he wasn't looking for a job, she replied "whatever" and walked away.

Sharlene and Caitlin at the Park Place are fantastic. They went out of their way to figure out a problem I was having with a gift card. They were patient, super friendly and determined to figure it out, which they did! Plus the food is so good!
