Worst experience ever! Pizza was completely dough like, called and asked for a new pizza, took over an hour and a half and came exactly the same completely dough. I’m not just talking under cooked but pull apart dough!!!! So disappointed!!!!

Had a great experience at Pizza Hut. The pan pizza was served hot and fresh, and the quality was really good. The crust was soft and flavorful, and the overall taste was satisfying. Had my car die in a storm right in the middle of the plaza the guy there let me use the phone multiple times was very understanding and even offered some free food and water. Thank you to the guy who helped me

I stopped by Pizza Hut to order the “pizza of the day,” but since my family doesn’t eat pork, I asked whether the pepperoni could be removed and replaced with pineapple. The manager, Rita, explained that the system couldn’t process the substitution and that adding pineapple would cost an extra $7.
While I respect that systems have limitations, I was surprised that no flexibility could be offered, even when removing a meat topping that is more expensive than pineapple. I wasn’t asking for something free just a reasonable substitution that would have still resulted in a sale.
Instead of a solution, I was left with a rigid “the system won’t allow it.” As a result, I took my business elsewhere.
This experience reinforced something important: systems are tools, not decision-makers. Empowering staff with a bit of discretion can turn moments like this into positive customer experiences and revenue for the business. I hope Pizza Hut considers this in the future.

This is my first time in pizzahut I should admit, it is the best pizza that we can get. It is so good. Especially the Stuffed crust. Also it is cheap when compared to other pizza stores. They served me hot. Everything was perfect. I am not a review guy, but i feel like doing it after trying them.

If I could rate no stars I would, I tried placing an order at 1am and they close at 2am, They refused to take my order due to “closing the system” if they’re not going to abide by their own set schedule, why have a schedule until 2am? Close at midnight!!!
