Pizzas are tasty but major concern is for staff who don't know customer service and food preparation. PLEASE wear gloves when making pizzas!!!
Heath and safety issue... the dough was really really raw ... though the guy named Jonas was good admitted mistake and was able to replace pizza or refund money...but unfortunately it was 11 pm at night and I have already ordered from other place so he promised to give same thing any other day ...provided good customer service..... Mistakes happen and he apologized its ok . M fine with this.....Other day when I called the lady Gujarati general manager was so rude and denied everything told me that there is problem in you .. our base can't be raw .. ..worst customer service by that lady.... I need senior authority to look at that matter ... she was attacking personally with rude words.... which I can't explain here publicly.... and was using abusive and unappropriate words ....She was flaunting that she is GM here its my store no one can say anything to me and she can fire anyone ... REQUEST SENIOR AUTHORITY TO LOOK INTO IT AS ITS A HARRASMENT TO THE CUSTOMERS...

Service was quick and friendly, coffee hot and fresh,we ordered the old fashion style pizza, but the crust was really tough,with very little taste. The toppings were fresh but they really cheaped out on them. I have got more toppings on a $3 Walmart frozen pizza. Highly recommended.

Over last few orders I have had excellent customer service experience. I ordered 2 pizzas for which I wanted to change base sauce, they had already put pizza in oven but happily agreed to make again with different base sauce. I hope this good change stays for long. A big Shout out to Shree , I live close to bell farm but always order at this location. Recommend thoroughly.
