They also send you “offers” for buy one get one after a purchase, then the stores won’t honour them - they say they are invalid. There is no indication on the coupon that there are any limitations on this. Total scam.

My first experience with your company was last Friday, and unfortunately, my order was messed up. I sent two emails, Facebook PM and completed your customer survey through the link you've sent, hoping for a response — but received none. I expected better from a business that claims to care about its customers. Ignoring feedbacks, especially after a negative experience, sends a clear message: customer service is not your priority. I am very disappointed with your company and will not order from you again.

I canceled my pick up order here after waiting about 30 minutes in the restaurant past when it should have been ready. In this time I watched the person making the pizzas assemble them with bare hands, press them down with his palms, touch phones, etc around the kitchen and run around on his own.
When I mentioned I'd like to cancel my order due to this, they offered to remake my pizza. I declined. I feel people should be aware about the poor hygiene standards here before ordering.
Additionally, doorways were blocked by garbage cans and drink machines and it overall lead to a very strange vibe. Would not recommend.
Customer service is horrible, speaks native language when you give a complaint and doesn't compensate for their mistakes.
