Terrible pizza. Not up to the usual pizza nova standard. Grease dripping through the box and soggy. Wasn’t busy so there’s no excuse. Will not return. Do not recommend.

Ordered a large pizza with a dip and a can of root beer and it came to just short of 40 bucks…. Robbery…. And the pizza ….. crust was so paper thin next time just give me the ingredients and not even bother with the crust…. Every single slice I touched my fingers went through from the bottom… I’m amazed they were able to get it into the pizza box….. not sure what exactly I paid for but what a sad excuse for a pizza place to even have the balls to serve this… was a long time customer to this place but clearly the quality isn’t here anymore…… what a waste of money.

very disheartening to see a huge lack of professionalism and responsibility from the staff after being cussed out by a worker after asking, why did i have to pay despite the pickup order being pre paid. With no remorse or discipline coming from a manager or other employees. I was thankfully refunded through cash (paid card) but the conduct of employees, truly unacceptable

I've been a fan of Pizza Nova for a while, but my recent visit was a huge letdown. It seems they've joined the list of Canadian fast food chains where quality has taken a nosedive and prices have skyrocketed. I was shocked to pay $13 for two slices of pepperoni pizza, especially since they were terrible. The crust was excessively salty, the cheese and pepperoni were swimming in grease, and I got heartburn after just a few bites. It's also frustrating to see a lack of professionalism from the staff, who were carrying on conversations in the kitchen in a language other than English or French while customers were waiting. This has become a frustrating trend, and it's a real shame.

Anytime u come here the pizzaslicesn look like it been sitting for days. Not hours days. U ask to order a fresh pizza they will tell you half hour or more wait. Never eat here. Cant wait until u go out of business

We only ordered a large pepperoni, it somehow tasted like it was a day old. Dough was hard and tough and flat, like they used expired dough. Service was slow, and the area where they make the pizzas was a disgusting mess, it looks like instead of cleaning the space they just moved the mess over to the side to make more pizzas. I don't expect much from pizza pizza, but this was bad even for pizza pizza. There's a pizzaville across the street that I'm going to try next time. I'd recommend anyone who read this to go to that place instead, can't possibly be worse.

This place use to be a great location but has went down hill fore the last few years. The owner was a nice guy but he isn't around much anymore and the staff is always rude, they don't wash their hands after handling the cash and when u say something they give u attitude. Stopped going there now. Sad that such a good place became such a crappy place, My family use to go there a few times a week.
These days it feels like everything is going up in price, down in quality and portion sizes are getting smaller. Pizza Nova at least seems like they have been pretty consistent. At least I think they have. 🤔..... Most of the staff are polite and helpful. Owner is a solid guy. And food is on point 98% of time.
