These days it feels like everything is going up in price, down in quality and portion sizes are getting smaller. Pizza Nova at least seems like they have been pretty consistent. At least I think they have. 🤔..... Most of the staff are polite and helpful. Owner is a solid guy. And food is on point 98% of time.

We ordered $40 worth of food from this location. I believe it was the owner that served us. We simply ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and some honey garlic chicken wings. Ive never seen so little cheese and sauce on a pizza ever. And the wings were very dry with very little honey garlic sauce. My boyfriend asked me to go back in and to ask them to put more sauce on the wings and he was hesitant and said the sauce soaks on the wings… mind you we always order from pizza nova and usually the wings are drenched in sauce.

Always our go to. However have been disappointed a few times lately. The most recent was Christmas eve. Still have left over in the fridge. The dough was terrible, seemed like they were trying to use up old dough. Very, very chewy. Very little toppings. Asked for it well done, almost raw. Don't think I'll go back to this location anymore. Been a regular customer since moving here 7 years ago.

My usual go to pizza place for having a get together since pizza nova makes good, fresh pizza. So thought I'd try it in Barrie for the first time. I wouldn't go back again, the pizza was really dry, the toppings on them didnt look like it was even there. The 2lbs wings which were supposed to be sauced-in half of them were left dry. The customer service who took my order didn't offer their specials when I asked what they have for single pizza. You figure a franchise has some standards especially when you're paying so much more money for the food that you could get at another restaurant 2 mins away, but this just wasn't there. I definitely wouldn't recommend this spot and will not go back there again.

You have to be pretty bad when you get multiple one star ratings from customers who are only expecting a decent pizza to be made. One thing you can expect from this franchise is inconsistency in being consistent in preparing a good pizza. After all it is not rocket science making a pizza and they still mess it up. They try to cut corners and give customers less amount of each toppings all the time because the more they leave off the more money they make and that is the name of the game here. That did not happen in the Pizza Nova dine in restaurant in Scarborough where we lived for many years and enjoyed great pizza consistently in a nice atmosphere.
