First time ordering from the south barrie location and will not be back. Ordered for pickup and when I arrived they were cutting our pizza. After paying, still no pizza. I see the person from behind the counter go back to see what was taking so long. After a bit of a heated discussion met with giggling from the cooks, my pizza went back in the oven. Back in?? Although I could not make out the conversation clearly he was not happy with something. And why was my pizza going back in the oven? After a few more mins my pizza was handed to me. As I was now concerned something was wrong I inspected the pizza. Aside from being over done it looked ok. Until we tried to eat it...The onions were raw, clearly this is why the pizza went back in the oven, they forgot to add them from the start. The pizza was not a little over done it was burnt. The crust was so hard it was inedible, yet somehow the middle was under cooked and mushy.A terrible pizza.They knew there was a problem and instead of correcting the issue they laughed and served it to us.

I have eatten Pizza from some of the highest ranked places in the world and this pizza is right up there with them.I don't recommend any other Pizza Nova. The difference between this location and all the others that i have tried is the owner takes pride in his pizza. The perfect amount sauce and the right amount of toppings with just the right thickness of crust. ( Thin crust that still has enough crispness to keep the slice from falling apart ).

I've been here a lot for the last six months and I like these place. Pizza is always fresh and so delicious, on a thin dough, lots of toppings, as I love it! I do not know, how these guys cope with such a huge number of orders, but they do it! They smile, are always friendly and always say thank you. The owner is very professional and tries to organize the work so that all orders are prepared and delivered on time. Most likely, dissatisfied people simply do not understand how to cook more than 200 pizzas and French fries and chicken wings in a day. Or these people just call the head office to get a discount. Most of the clients I met were satisfied and said thank you. You guys are the best!

All the negative reviews about the owner are TRUE!!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE service here. The owner is not professional what so ever. Personally, I believe that if you voice your concerns about mistakes they have made regarding an order, the OWNER should not respond with hostility and foul language. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED.
The quality of the food is just not what it used to be. Paid for double toppings and got half of a regular portion. The dough is heavy and the crust tastes like a frozen pizza crust. Paid almost $50 for the pizza and it was a disappointment. It’s a shame because this place used to be so

I go to this store I order 2 pizza and one lab potato wejes as will they ask me to wait for 30 minutes and after I go inside and wait for 10 minutes more and I was not agree for the time which I was espicing for I aks to call your manager and he was the owner wich I use to see hem for a long time he just put my order back to oven and ask Me to leave

I know times are tough for everyone.. but wow has the quality of this place gone downhill fast.. I dont know how expensive pizza sauce is but it seems like theyre trying to save money there by adding barely any to their pizzas. Everything costs more now, but you get less toppings.used to be very good but not so great anymore.
