I can't believe I went in for a pizza.And the thing was like thin cardboard they're trying to tell me, that's the way it is. It didn't even have any dough. What a joke almost $15 for nothing. This is a tough one. The staff at this Pizza Nova location are friendly and welcoming, but the pizza is disappointing. I hadn't been to any Pizza Nova in quite some time, and it was decided upon for a family supper recently.
In a nutshell: The sauce was weak, the crust was chewy, and there was a lot of grease on the pizza. The cheese was OK at best, and the pepperoni was fine.
I was hoping that Pizza Nova might be a new option, but the pizza is 6/10 at best.

Funny or bad as this sounds… I pre ordered pizza on Halloween.. busy time for them without a doubt.. I went to pick up the order and the guy took the pizza threw the x3 party sized pies on the counter, as he did I asked for the paper plates to go. He said sorry I can’t help you and walked away ..without even confirming if I had paid. I then asked him louder and all the employees looked then went back to working… what customer service. I only got their attention when I went to walk behind the counter to get the plates which were only an arms length away. Great Pizza but horrible …horrible culture. This wasn’t the first time it’s happened at this location either. I could only laugh about it with the x3 customers in the store and leave this honest/humbling review.

The location is in Barrie, close to highway 400 on the east side, easy off and easy back onto the highway. I had lunch and found the location to be extremely clean and the employee had excellent hygiene practices. The pizza slices I had were excellent 👌 perfecto!
Every Pizza Nova I have been to all seem to have excellent customer service and perfectly made pizzas. Always a 5* experience.

We ordered a Large Canadian with extra sauce for pickup, there was hardly any sauce, barely any bacon and super skimpy on the cheese. Never coming back. It was a Friday afternoon.

When my family and I drive North, and we leave in the evening, this place is about the halfway point for us. I always call about 30 min in advance and place the order. I have done this at least a dozen times. When I arrive the order is always ready, it's always warm, and it has always been right. The staff are friendly and the food is great. We LOVE the pesto dip as well please never get rid of that.
Thanks for always making our experience great and for caring enough to make sure everything is accurate. That is missing in many places today. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you soon

Messed up my orders. They should put people in the cash that can speak English well. Terrible communication with that girl tonight Sept 20,2025. Did not even get my orders right and blamed me for it!?! 👎👎👎
