Being on vacation and staying at a local hotel, I had to walk in to order and pick up our pizza. I found this out the last time I tried to order from the hotel. We ordered a large 12 slice with pepperoni, fresh mushrooms and green olives. The pizza was very tasty. The sauce was very traditional and was not bitter or acidity. Fresh mushrooms is a plus as some pizza places use canned. It makes a big difference to the flavor.
We travel a lot in southern Ontario and for quite some time whenever we are near Barrie around dinner time we have been going to this location because it has always been one of the best Pizza Nova restaurants. Today, however, we stopped here to get food with disasterous results. My wife does not choose to eat gluten free but has to because of her allergy to gluten.
