They refuse to pick up 40 mins before closing. Not impressed will not be trying to order from this place again. I do not suggest this place.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had, such disrespectful staff. I'd suggest avoiding this place if you are a woman, we witnessed blatant sexism while we were there and cancelled our order because of it.

No misunderstanding here, just blatant sexism. Reached out via email to the business directly and don’t expect to hear a response, I’m assuming that’s behaviour they accept at this store.

I used to come here weekly but back in may my account was no longer recognized by the app even though it was the correct info so I lost my points towards my next free pizza I emailed them about it and got a response from Mehrdad Safizadeh that they would forward my message to the website manager I didn’t hear back so I followed up on June just letting them know I didn’t hear back and I never got a reply from them after that.

The pizza is my favourite since Ital, down on Cundles, closed. The crust is thin and floppy, ratio of sauce is perfect and it tastes like it's been made recently, not like cardboard. I point the last one out because you can get an XL pepperoni walk in special that is so cheap! You have to wait 15 minutes, but you can literally see them putting the pizza in as you order so what you get is so hot and fresh. You end up feeling like the crazy lady in that old commercial yelling "start the car" through the parking lot.***PSA***No matter how hungry you get; smelling the hot, fresh, doughiness ... do not... I repeat... NOT... try to eat a quick slice on the way home. From experience, trust that the temptation will result with that mouth watering LAVA scalding the roof of your mouth/tongue/lip/cheek/chin/chest for the ladies/lap, and require a full outfit replacement.... The pizza isn't so affordable, in that moment - as you thank the stars you and those around you didn't just die in an equally heated wreck - through the barely held moisture building in your eyes as slow agony descends.... In this case ....DO NOT SNACK AND DRIVE

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Today was the third time I came to order lunch and was told they were too busy to serve me. I only wanted a pizza slice combo, I could see the pizza in the warming area (so already baked!), and they refused to serve me. Definitely will not be back again!

So tonight we ordered from Pizza Palace and I must say by far the best pizza we have had in a long time. We walked in and ordered 1 XL half Pepperoni half Cheese, 1 XL half Hawaiian half Mediterranean Pizza, 1 LB of honey garlic wings, 1 LB of BBQ wings, 2 pops, 5 dipping sauces and 1 order of garlic bread with cheese. Our order was ready in 25 minutes, and the cost was 76 after tip and tax.The pizza was flavourful, was NOT greasy, the wings were fully cooked, and the flavour was superbe.We normally order our pizza from Dominoes (1 minute drive from our house) or Boston Pizza.For the amount of food we got the price was fantastic. It's like more than 1/2 price of Boston and probably about 20 to 30$ cheaper than Dominoes. Might even be cheaper than Pizza Pizza.This was the first time ordering from Pizza Palace, and the staff was super friendly. I will be 100% going back for more. They have won me as a customer.
