The pizza is my favourite since Ital, down on Cundles, closed. The crust is thin and floppy, ratio of sauce is perfect and it tastes like it's been made recently, not like cardboard. I point the last one out because you can get an XL pepperoni walk in special that is so cheap! You have to wait 15 minutes, but you can literally see them putting the pizza in as you order so what you get is so hot and fresh. You end up feeling like the crazy lady in that old commercial yelling "start the car" through the parking lot.***PSA***No matter how hungry you get; smelling the hot, fresh, doughiness ... do not... I repeat... NOT... try to eat a quick slice on the way home. From experience, trust that the temptation will result with that mouth watering LAVA scalding the roof of your mouth/tongue/lip/cheek/chin/chest for the ladies/lap, and require a full outfit replacement.... The pizza isn't so affordable, in that moment - as you thank the stars you and those around you didn't just die in an equally heated wreck - through the barely held moisture building in your eyes as slow agony descends.... In this case ....DO NOT SNACK AND DRIVE

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Today was the third time I came to order lunch and was told they were too busy to serve me. I only wanted a pizza slice combo, I could see the pizza in the warming area (so already baked!), and they refused to serve me. Definitely will not be back again!

So tonight we ordered from Pizza Palace and I must say by far the best pizza we have had in a long time. We walked in and ordered 1 XL half Pepperoni half Cheese, 1 XL half Hawaiian half Mediterranean Pizza, 1 LB of honey garlic wings, 1 LB of BBQ wings, 2 pops, 5 dipping sauces and 1 order of garlic bread with cheese. Our order was ready in 25 minutes, and the cost was 76 after tip and tax.The pizza was flavourful, was NOT greasy, the wings were fully cooked, and the flavour was superbe.We normally order our pizza from Dominoes (1 minute drive from our house) or Boston Pizza.For the amount of food we got the price was fantastic. It's like more than 1/2 price of Boston and probably about 20 to 30$ cheaper than Dominoes. Might even be cheaper than Pizza Pizza.This was the first time ordering from Pizza Palace, and the staff was super friendly. I will be 100% going back for more. They have won me as a customer.Vegetarian options: Veggie Pizza is on the menuDietary restrictions: Lots of options on the menuParking: In front of store 20+ spots.

We have ordered many times and for many family events from this Pizza Palace and it used to be great. Tonight we had raw pizza's delivered to us, literally no colour to it and wet uncooked dough inside. Shouldn't be an issue, just send some new pizzas we can wait, mistakes happen. One of the pizzas had the wrong toppings, whatever, we were gonna let that slide. When we called, they said no one else has issues tonight and our pizza is cooked fine....umm, how do you even respond to that as a customer, offer to send pictures, drive it back to them. I don't want anything free, just the cooked pizza we paid for, honestly, you can have the raw ones back when you bring cooked ones. The manager was rude and then said they had to talk to the owner. The manager called back and said they think the pizza is fine and there is nothing they can do and offered a $10 discount on a future order....ok, but what about the $65.00 we just spent with you and got raw pizzas ? It pains me to say this as I love supporting local small business but I can't recommend a place with customer service like this. I don't write bad reviews but being ripped off is frustrating.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received when I tried to place a phone order. It has been awhile since we have ordered from here and we never will again. The lady who tried to take my order was extremely rude and argumentative. I love to support a local business but this was unacceptable.
