Absolutely horrible experience. I placed my order over the phone, and it took almost 15 minutes just to place the order because the person who took the order was extremely confused.
When the pizza finally arrived, it was completely wrong — no vegetable toppings at all, even though that’s exactly what I ordered. On top of that, customer care took forever to respond and kept me waiting with no proper help.
This was a total waste of time and very frustrating. Poor service, careless handling of orders, and zero concern for customers. I do not recommend this location.

Worst Experience ever!! Placing an order over the phone took 14 minutes because the person taking order was too confused. When I arrived, one pizza was correct, but the second pizza was completely wrong—it was missing the vegetable toppings we clearly ordered. Instead of fixing their mistake, the employee called the store owner and asked me to pay extra to add vegetables and made me feel guilty by talking about business loss. Instead of offering replacement owner offered to put veggies on side. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with customer service and almost 40 minutes in the store, even though I was on a tight schedule before work. The owner wasn’t happy because wasting a pizza is a loss to the store and Franchise not gonna pay for it. Very poor customer service, no accountability, and a complete waste of time. I do not recommend this location.

I have been coming back here since a year now and the service has been amazing every time. Parth is the man, very polite and excellent customer service. Would recommend trying any pizza but for sure give a try to hot honey drizzle.

Terrible experience. Was told 14-16 min gor our walk in order. Took 34 min. No apologies no nothing. They looked at me that I was in the wrong. On another note, handwashing procedures was not happening.

The worst customer service and pizza experience of my life. Ordered delivery, normally I walk in for pizza. 85 minutes for my pizza to be delivered. I call for replacements. I get a phone call from an employees personal cell phone number multiple times until I answer. He then tells me I won’t get my replacements unless I hand the driver my inedible pizzas. I cancelled my replacements after confirming with pizza pizza customer service that this is not the policy and not to hand over the pizzas. I will never be buying from this place again.
