Great experience at this Pizza Pizza location! The pizza was fresh, hot, and perfectly made with generous toppings. The staff were friendly, quick, and very helpful with the order. The store was clean and the service was fast even during busy hours. Definitely one of the better Pizza Pizza locations — I’ll be coming back again! 🍕😊

I have ordered the pizza from this store : 410 Essa Road
XXl Pizza - We got the pizza home and the base was completly burnt. So Whatever we have put on plate was thrown in the garbage. I have called the customer service and they said they will give replacement. After few mins I got call from Store they were saying if we bring the burnt pizza only they said they will give the replacement. I said I have the pictures Which I can show instead of picking it from Garbage. They didn't agree and I said I will speak with customer service again. I have reached out to customer service again and informed about above situation. Representative mentioned not to take anything to store just go and inform the Phone number which we ordered from. I went to the store and there was like two people(Owner and may be the man who is working there as he mentioned) the owner was really rude and really threatened us. Even the owner used very disrespectful/awfull language. I was really threatened and just left the pizza there and said we don't want it. It was really horrible experience for us.
