Just order off Dunlop and cundles abosulutley trash 75$ plus tip there not using pepperoni or It was old whatever tasted like Bologna and the feta smelling like Parm wowweee woweeee in a town where pizza runs rampid you think you'd have gone a above and Beyond to stand out I usually order from there but this experience has really thrown me off I thought I was freaking out I got my daughter to try some she thinks it tastes like Bologna too ( she had her own pizza a cheese shes simple dad's not ) I called the customer service they said they haven't changed anything but idk ? not for me anymore idk maybe they cut it way too thick or bought a cheaper roll of pepperoni all ik is 2 weeks ago it was not like this

A recent experience at Pizzaville Barrie has been extremely disappointing. A older individual was made to do push-ups for his pizza, which is utterly inappropriate and disrespectful. Additionally, the food served was non-edible. This behavior is unacceptable, and Pizzaville Barrie should never be allowed to deliver to schools again. Their actions have significantly tarnished their reputation and shown a lack of respect and care for their customers.

Disgusting and rude behaviour. Owners cannot handle mild criticism when they make a pizza a customer is unhappy with. Especially when we have known them for over 25 years. The owner Derek and wife approached my father with power hungry aggression because my dad called customer service so they could remake his undercooked sloppy pizza.
How DARE you treat my father the way you two did. When he showed you nothing but calmness and respect. You then thought it was appropriate to force him to do pushups on your dirty floor. And drew him a picture like he is a 2 year old.
INSTEAD OF BEING a hostile human being you could of shown some kindness and understanding. ITS NORMAL to get MINOR complaints if a pizza is not cooked the way the customer likes it.
DEREK put down your tyrant like PRIDE and show some compassion to someone you knew for over 25 years. WE WILL NOT be ordering pizza here again. I cant believe you belittled my father the way you did.
You should not be running an establishment where you deal with individuals on a daily.
