Every time you walk in this place the owner and staff always look miserable like there doing you a favor to serve you and talking among each other never coming back so many other pizza places around maybe lighten up a bit be glad people are walking into your place .

I went in for a quick slice of pizza (meat lovers) It ended up being one of the best I ever had...and I eat a lot of pizza. The crust was crispy and the sauce authentic. Service was personable and done with a smile (kind of rare these days!)

Pizzaville on Essa Rd never disappoints! The pizza is always hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust has that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff are super friendly and quick, whether I’m picking up or getting delivery. Orders are always accurate and on time. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving great pizza in Barrie!

You can't order the pre-packaged tomato sauce dipping sauce. It doesn't exist. They only have the stewed and crushed tomatoes that they make. I don't care for it so I ordered what was advertised as the tomato dipping sauce instead. If they don't have it how are they still able to show it then deceive a person by substituting with they're own sauce. Remove it from the dipping sauce options if it doesn't exist. So misleading and so sad. Never had the sauce issue at other locations.
We were visiting in Barrie and ordered a medium pizza for pickup and it is one of the best pizza we’ve had. The crust was very good not too thin ‘ and generous toppings. I just wonder if there is one around Burlington where we live.

Was just in to pick up my pizza. Waited 15 minutes for it while in the actual store, meanwhile I had called in 30 min prior to that and they gave me a 20 min ready time. There was a pizza sitting on top of the oven when I got there.... I asked if it was mine (it was not busy at all) he said no. 7 min later takes that pizza off and gives it to me, not hot anymore and then lied to my face and said I just took it out of the oven but I can heat it back up for you. Disappointing!

Ordered 2 large extra cheese pizzas. Came with chunks of tomatoes on it. 🤢 Ordered 3 ranch dipping sauce got 3 garlic. Order 1 diet coke 1 coke zero. Got 2 coke zero. 🤷♀️🤷♀️
