We love the pizza here, I only have 2 minor complaints. The first being crossover toppings..that is finding pieces of toppings on your pizza you didn't order. Just ruins the experience finding a odd piece of pineapple or onion when you don't expect it. The second the contactless delivery. I chose it every time and every time the guy waits at the door to hand you your pizza. Why have the option if you don't follow through?!

Picked my on-line order up, and realized when I got home, that my pizza was not what I had ordered. I called customer service, and they had the correct pizza delivered to me at no charge. Everyone makes a mistake from time to time, but this Barrie location fixed the problem quickly, and the delivery driver appologized for the error.Great customer service at the location.Thank you.

went with 2 friends and both were served no problem but when it was my turn and i approached the counter the lady working turned her back and walked away. only when both people i was with had their food did she ask if i wanted anything. was not interested in waiting any longer when we were the only ones in

The pizza was delivered in a good time but the driver forgot the drinks. Tried to hail his attention before leaving but failed. Call Customer service who answer in mins. The store is 2.7 km away But had to wait 47 mins for the drink only to be called to walk to the drivers car to receive the drinks.? Poorly

Polite service but I didn't get what I paid for. I ordered double cheese and double pepperoni and I maybe got regular cheese and pepperoni. This was my first time there I normally go to Bayfield pizzaville. Also my pizza tasted like there was a hint of cinnamon so someone didnt wash their hands or they're cooking in a dirty kitchen. If you want what you pay for and food tasting like pizza and not cinnamon buns then go to Bayfield. So tired of everyone ripping people off.

Wife and I ordered 2 panzerotti. Took them home and the middle wasn’t cooked properly. Cheese didn’t melt and was cold in the centre. Very disappointed in the quality we received. Won’t be back.

Driving home late and pre order to be ready, again made as I walk in and ask about my order for pick up. Don’t bother. Slices pre-made look as if been there all day. Better spots in Barrie for pizza
