This was my second visit, and unfortunately it confirmed that the first experience wasn’t a fluke. Both times I waited over 45 minutes for my order, which is an unreasonably long wait for pizza. The service is painfully slow and disorganized, with no sense of urgency at all. While the pizza itself is okay, it’s nowhere near good enough to justify the excessive wait and frustration. There are far better options out there that value customers’ time. I would not recommend coming here.

First off I would like to say clearly who ever makes the pizza at this location needs to be retrained.the pizza toppings where not cooked all the way the middle was doughy and unfortunately we could not return it or complain as there had closed once we realized. Not everyone can cook and I really believe this is the case another point you should not be hiring people that don't eat meat to be cooking meat because clearly they don't have experience on when it is cooked. The bacon and pepperoni was not cooked fully and the cheese did even melt fully and the dough was not cooked either no flavor on the pizza ever heard of salt for the sauce or garlic powerd something for crying out loud. Do better wasted my hard earned money better off going to the store and having a frozen pizza.

Opened the door and there was one old sad looking slice on a paper plate and nobody around. It's 6pm, why no fresh slices?
I don't typically write reviews, but this was the worst pizza I've ever had, hands down. I've eaten from other pizzaville locations, but ordered delivery from this location and was shocked that they even let this pizza leave the store! ordered well done and received two barely cooked pizzas that were pretty much inedible. bacon and pepperoni were raw and none of the vegetables were cooked whatsoever. also, the box (and pizza) was soaked in oil that leaked through the bottom! I would give 0 ⭐s if I could, definitely the worst pizza in the area.

Ordered 2 lg pepperoni pizzas. One was overcook the other undercooked, and not even slightly like one was pretty much burned and the other I was surprised the dough wasn’t still wet. I don’t even know how to do that without trying to. The garlic sauce was really good though.

Excellent and very positive experience overall at Barrie Pizzaville (320 Yonge St). The pizza.was so delicious and looked and tasted like it was made with lots of love. The wedges and dips were great additions too! Freni P, who both took my party order and made my pizza was so friendly, kind, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The manager was nice too! I would highly recommend this clean, efficient, and friendly Barrie Pizzaville location!

The delivery driver had difficulty communicating in English, got lost, and couldn’t clearly explain where he was. I ended up spending 15 minutes on the phone trying to figure it out instead of enjoying my pizza. I hope next time someone with better English skills will be assigned to avoid such issues.
