The delivery driver had difficulty communicating in English, got lost, and couldn’t clearly explain where he was. I ended up spending 15 minutes on the phone trying to figure it out instead of enjoying my pizza. I hope next time someone with better English skills will be assigned to avoid such issues.

I’m a big Pizzaville fan but the Yonge and huronia location has to put out the worst quality pizza I’ve ever had. Looked and tasted not even close to my usual that I get from other locations. This was just a sloppy mess. The crust was really thick (I ordered thin crust) and the sauce was overloaded. Also undercooked when I asked for well done. Was really disappointed. I was surprised that the quality is not the same at different locations. Won’t be ordering from this location again

Barrie huronia location I order pizza from here twice a month and I have had burnt pizzas in the past several times..I have had awesome pizzas in the past as well well now I'm fed up with them. This is the last burnt pizza n the last order for quite some time til they learn how to cook a thin crust pizza

Orderd a cheese pizza and chicken wings last wknd. Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. The sauce was heavy and tasted like it was just poured from a can. And the cheese was not even melted. The chicken wings had a weird taste, almost like it wasn't fresh. I will never order from them again. (Yonge location in Barrie)

The staff member Het was very professional and accomodating. He made a delicious pizza and ponzo for me and even when I was late, he kept the items from getting cold. Very good pizza maker and I recommend visiting Het for a delicious meal and excellent service!
