I am writing this review based on my experience on 17-October-2024. Today I ordered 4*3 pieces of chicken(12 piece total) and they gave me 11 pieces only. In normal case I ignore such things but I literally saw the lady staff put 12 pieces in a small box then changed to a large box and took 1 piece out. I don't know what was her intention. I wouldn't bother if they did it by mistake but this was purposeful. So I had very bad experience today, it's not about 1 piece of chicken. My question is only why she did that.?

Place uses chicken from the day before , was there at opening to see a bunch of chicken just sitting on the racks all dried out . Can’t believe they try to serve this from the day before

If I was taking a walk with plenty of people nearby, saw a Popeyes box in the trash, opened it and lying in it was a cold piece of Popeyes chicken. Well... I would most likely still DEVOUR it and then satisfy my cravings by going to Popeyes. I would then proceed to spend the rest of the Christmas money my grandma gave me on their juicy, delicious, crispy piece of chicken that died for my rumbling stomach. And I think most sane people feel this way about this Southern USA based fast food place. Please don't miss out on life and DO try Popeyes, whether it's your friends leftover take out or a meal you actually bought yourself. You'll LOVE it!

I'm so glad Popeyes is open for dining on Sundays! I brought my friends when nothing else was available, and we enjoyed a fresh family meal. The staff member was amazing. providing excellent service as always. Its a reliable spot for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

I come to this location regularly. It is always clean, the staff is always friendly, the food is hot and fresh. And I appreciate that they are open so late, I work late shifts. So it is nice to have a hot meal at the end of the week on my walk home.

I stopped by Popeyes just before closing last night, and it was the only place open. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and served up freshly cooked food that was absolutely delicious! The biscuits were flaky, and the chicken was perfectly crispy.

I order 6 pieces chicken and they gave me 5 and fries are cold now I am calling at the store they not picking my phone ….. so sad

Had a fantastic family meal at popeyes today. The fresh chicken was superb.
I must say the staff and manager were very polite offering exceptional service. I've had popeyes from other place but this one has outstanding servicea and food!!

Upcharge for chicken breast and got thigh. This location is terrible compared to the south end. They don’t dreg the chicken right because it should have flakes and be crunchy. This was soft and barely cooked but so dry. Will never order from this location again.
