Really wanted to enjoy the meal after my work but was not fresh and looked pale.
Ordered on Feb 19th night time. JUST SO THAT THE GUY WHO DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO MAKE IT LOOK GOOD can work on it and dont ruin people's mood. For me no more Popeyes. Im traumatized.

Don't let these other five star reviews fool you. This place has to been the worst Popeyes location in Ontario, long wait times. Chicken is cold and all bones - its like the staff refuse to work.

I have been eating popeyes chicken for couple of months and they have never disappointed me. Chicken tastes really better when it is served fresh and i always visit the store in the middle of the night. Those who are working in the night shifts, I have really genuine respect for them. The way they communicate is very respectful. My heart cried out when there are some insensible customers trynna take advantage of their kindness by dominating their voice and asking for white meat without up charging as if they own the restaurant. Hats off to the employee who kinda look like korean. The way she handled the environment is very graceful.

The food was really great which is hard to find late at night, although I did place an online order and they don't actually do anything until you've waited in line and arrived at the counter.

The place also has an issue with homelessness in the area and even inside the restaurant that may buy a coffee and stay for hours.

I ordered from this Popeyes regularly, after placing a mobile pick up order and getting home, I confirmed there was no fries in the bag so I called the store which was a much more delayed and lengthy process than needed to be. I confirmed seven times I did not receive my fries. They then asked me to call back in fifteen minutes so they could check their cameras? Go ahead and check the cameras! The fact they believe someone would lie about a $4 fry is astonishing and just a waste of time. In 15 minutes my food is now cold, we have eaten and I no longer want the fries. Do better with accountability.

We go to this location whenever we are in the area. Their wait times are reasonable the food is good the sitting arrangement is kids friendly and the washrooms are cleaned which are must as we use this location on our way.
