Stopped 2 days in a row for food at 2pm. Both days had no chicken cooked. Pretty sad for a on route. Supposed to be a quick stop for food not wait 15 mins for it to be cooked. Guess that's what happens when Brampton moves into Barrie .

Today we were traveling , so we ordered spicy chicken burgers on our way back home. Burgers were ridiculously salty and chicken was so hard and greasy. I took a bite and a weird taste hit my tongue and when i checked the bun , their were few spots of fungus .its really disgusting to eat that stale food . Anybody could suffer because of this negligence.

The food served was fresh.The Cashiers gave out good service and the food was served promptly.The best thing I noticed was the place was very neat and tidy. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try my favourite crispy chicken wrap as the promotion was over.But, the sandwich I ordered was tasty and the spicy tenders were crispy. Cajun fries are a must try item.

The worst Popeyes outlet I have ever visited. I ordered 4 pieces of signature chicken platter, the crispy chicken was extremely oily and more cooked. I had to use paper napkins to remove the extra oils. I had Popeyes before from other outlets and did not see such unhealthy preparations.

Hands down the worst Popeyes I have ever been too. I went and got 2 5 piece tender combo with a poutine. The total came out to $48. Instead of me getting the tenders, like I paid for, they gave me nuggets. I don't understand how a "cook" can mix up nuggets with tenders. The poutine was completely cold and the pop machine had no ice and only 2 drinks available. I have never experienced what an absolute joke of a restaurant as this one is. It truly amazed me at how incompetent the staff was. I will never go back to this onroute because of this experience.

Stay away! Better off buying either AW or Tims, which are on either side. I ordered 12 piece chicken, half spicy, half mild. She put them all together in one box without any separation. I never had to tell any other popeyes location to separate them because it common sense, they just do it, but not this location. When I got home, I found out that she only gave me 10 pieces.

Can’t order unless you use the “express” kiosk. Most useless garbage I have ever used. Takes 10 years for pages to load and boots you out for being “inactive”. Just ordered at A&W beside it and took less than a minute.

Didn’t have the greatest experience today. Order was incomplete and took a long time to come out. I imagine they were having some staffing issues today and the folks were trying their best. Will certainly try again while hopeful for better results.
