Service was friendly and polite, but the shrimp Alfredo was dry, didn't have much sauce, out of 1lbs of crab legs only one leg actually had meat in it, the rest were empty mush, and the garlic shrimp were rubbery and overcooked. We live 4 hrs away from any red lobster and I wanted to treat my daughter, very disappointed for a $170 meal... won't be going back

Thomas was our fantastic waiter... very attentive, witty and personable. Our 5 yr old grandson asked for a Shirley shrimp... meaning Shirley Temple, Thomas brought his drink along with a shrimp lol

We went as a family of 4 for mine and my husbands anniversary. We have 2 children, 4 & 5. One of my children is on the spectrum.
We waited 20 mins before someone came to take our drink order and over an hour for our food to come. We were all growing impatient but my kids more so.
The manager, I’m assuming, tried to come by and ask my kids to stop singing - they weren’t being louder than the rest of the guests- it was a Saturday night and the place was packed! Then proceeded to tell us we need to control our kids….what??!!
This isn’t a 5 star restaurant and the way we treated was appalling!
We will never be going back and will advise any young families wishing to celebrate a milestone, to not go!

Our server Nick was extremely friendly, professional and competent. Our orders all came out timely, tasty and as ordered. We had such a wonderful time at Red Lobster Barrie. Highly recommend. Both this location and our server Nick get 5 stars!!

I have not been here for many years and I'm glad we decided to go last night. My friends are regulars here, so they get the vip treatment, it appears. I have not had wait staff from many places that interact in a friendly way we got last night. Thomas was our server, and he was amazing, always on top of the game, and very attentive to what we needed without asking him. He notices little details, joked around with us, overal fantastic personality. Mark was another guy who came to say hi to my friends. It seemed like we knew these guys as well, but we didn't. That is how comfortable they made us. I would definitely come back and request these guys 1000000%
The food was excellent, just like the service ❤️
There is plenty of parking, and I recommend making reservations Wheelchair accessible it looks like
