I was given a coupon due to the bad service I had received at their Thornhill location so I decided to use it at the Barrie location. Have to say this will be my preferred Red Lobster restaurant as I was not disappointed. Thomas who was our server (my husband and I went) was awesome. He was very polite and made sure we were happy. I had the Baridi crab fest and my husband had the ultimate feast. We both enjoyed thoroughly. Definitely will be going back for more.

Alex is the absolute best!! She always treats us so great when we come in, constantly checking to make sure that we're good. She goes above and beyond. Food is always awesome, we love it here.
