Overpriced and disappointing. I tried the falooda, but all we could taste was milk. It was very watery, and the quantity was not enough for the price they charged. The service was also poor — it took them 15 minutes to prepare the falooda, and it wasn’t worth the wait. I’ve tried other Royal Paan locations, and this one doesn’t even come close in terms of quality, taste, or service.

I recently ordered from Royal Pan on Uber Eats and it was a disaster. I ordered mix veg soup and it looked nothing like the soup in the picture, complete different colour and had at most 5 pieces of small vegetable in it at best. I ordered veg spring rolls which taste ok, but the green chutney I paid extra was never sent with the order. The Khoya Gujiya I ordered were missing completed, and the masala chai came splashed all over the cup in a non delivery safe cup. I am extremely disappointed given the reviews in Google.
