Never open, no matter when you go. Their prices also keep getting higher and it's become unaffordable. You can go to the Kawartha Dairy on Anne Street and pa 20% less, or other dessert bars downtown and get a better selection for the price.It's a shame, because this hut used to be awesome. Used to be.

What is a walk in a beach board walk without a refreshing ice cream? On the boardwalk at Heritage Park you will find Scoops and Cone’s ice cream stand. On a hot day what is better than ice cream and a stand that has 10+ flavors with me is actually a hit any day. Everything is nice. Highly recommended.

Might want to amend the opening time. It says 1200 but it was opened on Sat July 20 at 1pm.
