I would love to know when the last time this place got cleaned. After seeing a cob web fall infront of my face while eating, I looked around and noticed how filthy the rest of the place was. I don’t even want to know what the kitchen looks like 🤢 please please - hire a cleaning crew immediately. This place is nasty!

I was regular customer and everything was okay not bad but yesterday i order the family platter lamb and beef shawarma .. they send gyro meet very very bad taste and i pay 100$ not for gyro disgusting meet .. if you don’t have lamb then yiu can call and say that .. i don’t want eat what you want i want eat what i want … and the garlic is changed i was eat yogurt not garlic sauce… very bad never order again .👎🏻

I stopped in for Beef and Chicken Kabobs. The staff we 2 nice young Indian fellows that don't know what Kabobs are. I don't eat lamb...but they kept saying that their Kabobs only come with lamb. I wouldn't have this problem at a real Persian restaurant...Im off to one now.

Employees working seem to be unaware of promotions advertised for their location - the quality of the food has gone downhill since opening, rice is and hot sauce are very different than when it opened and different from the Newmarket location

Would give zero stars if possible. Went in at 9:15pm and was told that we couldn’t get any food because they started their closing tasks 45mins early. Super disappointing because we had never been here before and were looking forward to it. Going to Osmows xoxo

I had high hopes for the chicken shawarma here, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The taste was bland, the quality was poor, and there was no sauce to enhance the flavor. Back when I lived in Mississauga, I used to love Shawarma Royal—it was always delicious and satisfying. Thinking of those great experiences, I decided to give the Barrie branch a try, but sadly, it failed to live up to the name. This place does not do justice to the brand, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

They use the wrong rice and the rice was way over cooked and had no flavor, The beef and lamb seasoning was bland, they used white onion instead of red. Overall, the food was poor quality compared to their other locations Shawarma Royal in Mississauga is way better I would sooner eat Osmow's beef or lamb shawarma then eat here again.

A disappointing excuse for a shawarma spot, especially for those who know and appreciate authentic flavors. The food was microwaved, stale, and completely lacked authenticity. The staff seemed uninterested, and the prices are on par with what you’d pay for a proper meal elsewhere. Truly disappointing.

The food was simply very bad. The rice was tasteless, felt like it was a week old. The meat was extremely dry, must have been frozen for months. Usually when produce and meat is old restaurants cover everything in sauce to hide the bad quality of ingredients. This place doesn't even do that. They skipped the two sauces we requested and only put a little bit of garlic sauce. The Falafel side dish was the best thing from the whole meal, but it was too dry. The baklava was the worst I've ever had. We were thinking about giving the leftovers to homeless people but decided against it because they might get food poisoning. I rarely give one star reviews but this must be one of them. The service was nice, but it's all about the food...
