We picked up a take-out order from Shawarma Royale tonight, and it was a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the staff member who helped us, Ketan. We ordered the beef and chicken platters, and both were delicious – the meat was tender, perfectly seasoned, and the portions were very generous. What truly made our visit exceptional was Ketan's customer service. He was incredibly welcoming and friendly as we placed our order. He was efficient, made sure everything was accurate, and had such a positive attitude. He packed our food with care, and it was still perfect when we got it home. Excellent service like his is what brings customers back. We'll definitely be ordering again!

Today (August 23, 2025) at 11:55 AM, I received an Uber order from this restaurant. Now it is 12:56 PM, and the order was still not properly given to me. I had to wait for more than one hour while the customer kept asking me about their food, which was very uncomfortable. When I asked the staff about the order, they responded in a very rude and disrespectful way, even using offensive words and swearing. Finally, after all this time, they still did not give me the food. Because of their unprofessional, aggressive, and insulting behavior, the customer’s food became cold and I was not able to complete the delivery. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a restaurant.

I recently placed a large catering order for an event, and while the food itself was good, the overall experience was disappointing due to a serious oversight. Communication before the event was slow, which made coordination difficult. Most concerning, I explicitly requested no tahina on any of the dishes due to guest allergies, but the restaurant included it on all the plates. Unfortunately, one of my guests had an allergic reaction as a result. For a big order, I expected more attention to detail, especially with allergy requests. It’s frustrating that such an important instruction was ignored. The food was tasty, but this mistake was unacceptable and put a guest’s health at risk.
