We hired Springwater Catering for my mother’s 90th birthday celebration, and they exceeded our expectations for this special milestone. Hosting 35 guests at a private venue, we opted for deli and fancy sandwiches, wraps, mediterranean and potato salads, fruit and veggie platters plus bite-sized cakes for dessert- the strawberry shortcake and German chocolate cake was to die for.
Everything was flavorful, beautifully presented, and prepared with fresh ingredients— the guests raved about the food.
Deborah was professional and attentive from start to finish. We arrived at our scheduled pick time which is when we had the opportunity to meet the rest of the team, Gus and David who were extremely warm and accommodating.
Everything leading up to the event was seamless. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Springwater Catering for any event—they made my mother’s 90th birthday truly memorable and stress-free.

Its rare to find a chef who's judgment you can trust. In the past 3 years I don't think I have ever asked Dave to make me something specific. I just let him know I'm looking for something to eat and he whips together some super flavorful food. I have NEVER had a meal from Dave that I didn't love ot want a second time. Will continue to be my go to.
