It happened second time with me today, I order Grande macha iced tea with no cane suger and 4 honey and no ice, and i was so warm like someone microwaved it. The honey is never stirred well.Now I prefer going to starbucks either near exist or the one in the south barrie.

Best ever made cinnamon cream cold brew light ice, light foam, no syrup in the coffee and extra dolce sprinkles. Just picked up, exactly as I wanted it to be. Always something is missed at other places whenever I order this through the app but not this place. Fantastic.Highly recommended !

Parking: Parking is limited at the back - and can be a pain to find. Park at the mall lot and walk over. Much easier.

Took these guys forever to make 1 drink for an uber eats delivery. I get it, it was busy inside with a flood of woke drink orders, but that's no excuse. I never order starbucks because it usually takes staff an eternity to make the 12x customizations on the Gen Z invented grandé oat milk macchiatto-cchino-spresso-latté beverages being pumped out by the second. Staff were working very hard however, and I think some of them were being genuinely nice, unlike most Starbucks - where staff normally exude an obvious fake "niceness" towards the usual pretentious customers that Starbucks naturally attracts.

The coffee still the BEST! But one of the staff is very rude!!!! to me all the time..i don't know why? and on August 29th Tuesday. I went there like the usual after my morning run. To get my flavor coffee. the staff (rude one) made me coffee. But this coffee ruined my day!!! The lid wasn't match with cup..all coffee spilled on my carpet...lucky wasn't spilled on my body...can you imaging it? How bad is it???? Well..i won't going back to this location....hopefully they will doing their works better.

Use to frequent this location. Since they have done renovations and seems like they have newer staff it has gone downhill drastically. Today 2 staff members made excuses for why my drink was made incorrectly and then replaced it with yet again the same badly made drink. It was awful. I threw it out and will never go back to this location I'll stick to the one 5 mins down the street since they are consistent and don't mess up drink orders and even when they do they just own it and not make excuses! My drink was suppose to a FROZEN lemonade refresher as you can see it is not!

This Starbucks is a regular visit for me. I was disappointed this time with the service. No greeting upon entry, only one word from the cashier through the entire transaction. She did not ask my name for my order. She was preoccupied. The staff is usually attentive and boisterous. An off day I guess

I paid for my order with the tap but the cashier said that payment didn't pass, despite the fact that I was pretty sure it was, I taped again by the cashier request. When I checked my bank app I saw a double charge for the order. When I showed it to the cashier he just rumbled something and refunded me . So folks pay attention.
