So, Im leaving this low review not because of the service the over worked girl was providing, but because she was left alone for hours! She had pick up orders, line ups plus other things she needed to do! This is unacceptable! 1 person for a busy evening is nothing short of poor management and whoever runs this location needs to get some training on scheduling. I watched 5 people leave the line as they could see she was overwhelmed!

Barista priotized talking to zehrs staff member about her new hair than making my drink. Stood there with the pitcher in hand, not moving while conversing. Took twice as long, not friendly while handing over drink, in a tone that me there is an inconvenience.

The lattes are never made correctly. The shots either don’t come out correctly or the baristas aren’t putting the right amount of espresso, and if you say something they’ll say that’s how it’s supposed to be. The iced lattes just taste like coffee flavoured milk. I never go to this location even though it’s right beside my house because it’s just a waste of money.
Asked for a large got a medium. Than asked the staff if that was right (it wasn't) they both said yes and sent me on my way.... saying Starbucks sizes changed. So yah, I go to another Starbucks now.

I seriously think that this Starbucks, which provides the worst service and drinks, should disappear. Two female employees were too busy chatting and didn't focus on my order, and when I received the drink, I doubted if this was the Starbucks I knew. I ordered an Espresso Frappuccino, but what I got didn't even resemble the color of coffee.
