I seriously think that this Starbucks, which provides the worst service and drinks, should disappear. Two female employees were too busy chatting and didn't focus on my order, and when I received the drink, I doubted if this was the Starbucks I knew. I ordered an Espresso Frappuccino, but what I got didn't even resemble the color of coffee.

Should be a zero star option.Multiple different visits to this location have resulted in the same thoughts, the staff are rude and do not care. They make faces while ordering and laugh at any customization, roll their eyes when you order more than one drink.Recently, I ordered 6 drinks to pick up (well in advance) for my coworkers and I. When arriving the drinks were made but no tray, all three of the staff members were standing by the pick up area looking at me, and when I asked if I could have a tray, they stated “we don’t have any” and began talking to each other. I said I didn’t know I was going to carry all the drinks as I only have two hands and they said “that’s not our problem is it”. I said that I would go and look at the hot counter inside Zehrs to see if they could give me a tray and one of the staff members said “you can’t go that way there’s barriers now” and rolled their eyes.I know that this Starbucks is run with a different stet of standards than normal Starbucks locations and it shows. I’m not saying that the staff members have to have the extreme bubbly and chatty demeanour of the other Starbucks locations, but the least they could do is not be rude to their customers and attempt to show their sorry or try to be helpful.It’s unfortunate that the staff members continue to work at this location because it is very convenient being inside the Zehrs.

if i were able to rate Minus 10 stars, i would do it! I drove from Mt St. Louis to just get a starbuck drinks, I googled it before I go to make sure that i can get there before it's closed.The store says closes at 6pm, I got there at 5:23.The staff said it was closed. when I questioned them, they made it sound like it was normal for them to shut down all the coffee machines 40mins ahead of the closing time. unbelievable!I dont mind the store closes early. but it should be aligned with what the website says, right? it was the first time that i have terrible experience with Starbuck.If you can skip this place, find another closed by startbucks

Man this Starbucks would have so many more customers if the young people working there in the afternoon cared about there customer service. 3 people waiting for drinks. With 3 workers and they just chatted and put things in cubbies. Customers should not have to wait so long for drinks. What a disappointment.
I stop here every day in the morning, the staff is always friendly and attentive to me. The manager is usually always there and happy to help, making coffee herself even! Quite often! I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area who needs a coffee as their go to spot. Thanks for the GREAT service!Vegetarian options: StuffDietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegetarian and diabetic options. As far as I know no Halal or Vegan options.Parking: Giant lot. If this is the starbucks in zehrs they need a staff change! I order a sugar free vanilla with almond milk. The almond milk was like water. She was giving me a warm latte I told her it was iced she rolled her eyes. It tasted watered down. I will continue to go to Loblaws staff is so friendly and always accommodating and now what a latte is suppose to be like.

Workers ignore you, they chat to other employees while you’re waiting to order. They get your drink wrong and are overall rude. I’ve been many times and I’ve never had a good experience ever. Do not recommend.
