7:45 still not open. 2 stars because somehow this tiny stand has the nicest reusable cups out of all the actual locations around.

Two very nice young men working at this store yesterday. Very busy spot but they took the time to say something nice to every customer. My egg bites were perfect and coffee made correctly.

The workers don't know how to make drinks properly. Every single time I have been in there the drink tastes so bad. Last time I asked for a pumpkin chai latte (iced) and they said that they didn't have the chai favoring so I asked for a pumpkin spice iced lattè instead and they still charged me for the chai one and the ran around for like 5 minutes trying to figure out how to make it. It was not even close...

If there is nobody in line service can be fast. If there is someone ahead of you I'd pass as it takes far too long.

I think I might need to pay rent for the length it took to even get up to order. I understand new store means new staffing but it would make more sense to borrow more expirenced staff untill everyone is settled. There is also no hours posted but one printed sign saying closed at 4.Wheelchair accessibility: The counters are low and line area is pretty wide.

No hours posted online (on google or even the official Starbucks website). No hours posted in store (if they are there, they aren’t easily visible). Nothing done once closed to show they are closed (no closed sign, putting displays away, etc). Waited in line for quite a few mins (thinking staff were working on mobile orders or something so didn’t want to interrupt) before staff finally told me they were closed. They noticed I was only buying a bag of coffee so said they would still ring it through for me (that is kind of them and appreciated), however after they scanned my product through, I went to scan my points card and am told that this store doesn’t participate in the rewards program because they are a franchise? Left without purchase, will go to another store who honours the rewards program.0 stars for not posting hours or signifying they are closed somehow, and not doing the rewards program. I will give 2 stars only since they offered to ring me through even after closing, and I recognize that as great customer service.

I went to this Starbucks last weekend. The door says closed at 9:30 pm. I got there before 9 pm and they were just closing. Eventhough I was at the door they just laughed and didn't come to the door to let me know they were closed or why the closed early. I drove from south barrie because they are open until 9:30 pm I checked online and it said they close at 8:30 pm. It's so messed up since covid pandemic. Customer service has plummeted down. If they're not open during the hours on the door then change the hours on the door. Will they be returning to regular hours. On another occasion a staff member told me they were open until 9:30 pm. That's why I went there that night. Staff seem to do whatever now..
