all workers are unprofessional and will give u insane attitude, have messed up my order multiple times and barley know how to make a simple drink.. 0 stars

the boy working tonight (dec 6) was so nice🄹 i ordered a customized drink and he checked with me as he was making it to make sure everything was right. he even gave me a lil extra caramel crunch at the end and it was delicious. he made my night. thank u king šŸ™

My co worker order today and its about to close ,my order is vanilla frappe but since they don't have frappe anymore my friend ask for just a vanilla flavor drink and i was okay with it,but the bad thing is the vanilla is just supposed to be pure white,but mu drinks has lots of small drink,like how come you serve dirty drinks,were paying for it ,and just recieve a non drinkable drink.Im about to go back and complain but my co -worker told me its alreadt close.

Would rate 0 if possible. Waited 1.5 hours outside the door this morning for them to open at 7 for the teddy bear cup. When I arrived 5:30 I spoke to Starbucks employee through the glass window, showed her a photo of the cup on my phone and she said she has one bear cup, so I waited until they opened and was the first customer when the store opened and when I got to the cash she said she doesn’t have any more. While they were CLOSED somehow it was sold? How? YOURE NOT SUPPOSE TO MAKE ANY SALES OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS!
All of the Starbucks employees are keeping the merchandise for themselves before opening hours, not even allowing customers to purchase during business hours.

Kindly please reach out to me if management sees this as this encounter was extremely rude and condescending on the baristas behalf. She had brown hair. She is not cut out for customer service that’s for sure. Other customers behind me were frustrated for me saying ā€œHOW? She was the first customer!ā€ because what she was saying made no sense. How’d you go from 1 to 0 while you were closed? So unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending. She knew I was waiting outside the entire time for the cup. Every visit here is a horrible experience.

It would be nice if a Starbucks that so aggressively advertises their app for earning awards would actually accept using their app, but I’ve learned to not expect any logic in this Zehrs so why should the Starbucks be excluded?

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch creme frappe on Friday February 23rd around 7:30pm and the girl working who made my drink was the absolute best. Nobody has made my drink better. Wish it was that good everytime! Wish I knew her name but wonderful barrista!Unfortunately, this location does not accept tips which I think is a bit unfair.

Normally I don’t write negative reviews but wow. I went with my mother in law and ordered two Frappuccinos, the girl at the counter already had a bad attitude but I just brushed it off. She had brown hair and gold hoops. My mother in law’s drink had syrup all on the outside cup and I let them know. They looked annoyed that I pointed it out and again I brushed it off. When it was time for my order, the girl with the hoops called for a latte which was not my order so I didn’t walk up to the counter. Her co-worker with the head scarf corrected her and then I went up to get my order. There were no more straws in the cup on the side so I asked them if I could have a straw. She looked extremely annoyed, grabbed a straw and THREW it at me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service before. Maybe the person was having a bad day I don’t know, but that is no reason to be rude to another person. Don’t ever waste your money at this location. It’s embarrassing as an establishment and appalling. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER

Product was good as expected from Starbucks but staff was not very friendly (borderline abrasive) and the seating area was gross.There were two baristas working and it seems neither could be bothered to clean the dining area or garbages. Multiple tables were filthy and the garbage was full and starting to overflow and the location wasn’t very busy - the staff were just standing at the counter not doing anything for the bulk of the time we were there.

I went to this location a few days ago and their steaming wands were broken. And a few other times I've come to this location to order drinks and the staff seems lost and confused. This location needs to revamp on training their baristas. Everytime I come to this location there always seems to be an issue whether something is broken or a barista doesn't know what I'm ordering. I once asked to reload my app and the girl told me she didn't know how to do add money on the Starbucks app. I had to physically show her and tell her the process. She was very kind and apologized, but this location for some reason never seems to be on par with training their staff properly.

Drinks are good, but the staff doesn't really seem like they want to be there. I've been to other Starbucks, and the baristas seem to always be happy and smiling. This location is close to where I work, but I'd rather go out of my way to go to the friendlier

I had an awful experience with one of the baristas. I am well aware of the new rules coming in about the ā€œno water, no/light iceā€ coming into effect in May. But this barista was incredibly rude when I asked for a drink with no water. Her attitude was not necessary. And I walked away without ordering, because of her poor attitude. I understand we all have bad days, but… this was just awful. I’ve only been here once prior to this incident, and after this incident, I’m not sure I want to go back. In a job where customer service is an importance, it really needs to be worked on by this lady. She then decided to start whispering to her co-worker about me. Which, is not okay. You’re in customer service, please be professional.
