đ Five Stars Isnât Enough! đ
Iâve been coming to this Starbucks location for over 7 years, and honestly, the only reason this review is so delayed is because I truly thought I had already written one!
The entire team here is fantastic, but I absolutely have to shout out Maggie and Trevor â they are the heart and soul of this store. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond, making each customer feel valued and welcome. Not once have they ever made me feel like an inconvenience, no matter how busy it gets.
A perfect example: there's a newer barista (likely still in training), and a few of the drinks havenât been quite right. For the first time ever, Iâve had to bring a drink back â and every single time, Maggie or Trevor has remade it quickly, kindly, and with no fuss, making sure I get the drink I know and love.
Trevor, in particular, has incredible people-reading skills. He somehow knows exactly when to chat and brighten your day â even while multitasking â and when to give you space until youâve had that first sip of caffeine (which, letâs be honest, is a superpower).
And Maggie... there arenât enough words for how genuinely sweet and kind she is. She has such a warm, calming presence and truly makes your day better just by being herself. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like her lighting up the store.
If youâre in the area â this is the Starbucks to go to.

This place has absolutely zero humanity! I was almost finished my morning run, about 11km in, and stopped to kindly ask for water because I ran out and in the summer heat didnât want to risk dehydration. I was refused water! I didnât even ask for a cup, I simply asked if it was okay for them to fill my personal water bottle with tap water and they denied me due âour new company policyâ. When will people stop bending to the lack of humanity these corporations push for profits?!?? Isnât this business supposed to fostering community and a place for people to be met with care? They can say good morning to me but they canât give someone water who is literally sweating with respiration and dehydration????? Never going here ever again!!!
Listen I have to speak my truth - this is the slowest Starbucks in Ontario. Youâre waiting 15 minutes regardless if you have a mobile order, just ordered or are trying to order. Itâs pretty crazy. I was waiting in line today and I couldnât do it anymore and I just left and it happens every single time. I just go to the one on Mapleview instead now.

Everytime I order a trenta here i get a venti it's getting tiring always returning my order.
Mobile ordered on my way to work - had to wait 15 minutes for my mobile order inside the store.
If it was busy I would understand, but there were 4 baristas behind the counter chatting, with no sense of urgency.
I brought it to the baristas attention that I had been waiting for 15 minutes and Iâm now running late for work.
Trevor the baristaâs only response was âokayâ - as if that is a normal experience, and I was the odd one for pointing it out.
I previously worked at Starbucks for 4 years as a shift supervisor - I know how a store is supposed to operate. I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this location.
Every time I come here this girl makes my day better with her wonderful energy and smiling face. She is a great person.(ABBY)
Service is very slow
Starbucks is always a welcomed treat.
Usually I LOVE this Starbucks! The people are amazing and friendly! And USUALLY make my drink right. (I get the same drink almost every time) today though I ordered my usual (iced chai tea latte with vanilla cold foam) and it wasnât even filled all the way, the cold foam was watery and the drink tastes watered down. And no itâs not the ice because I just got it.

I never have any concerned with that. But, yesterday I was ordered online and pick up my drink. Normally I was waiting 10 minutes max. But yesterday I was waiting 27 minutes for just 1 drink. And they was making the wrong size that I order. I went to ask the employee there the lady name Emma, she being so rude. Not even 1 times. Very horrible service.

Thanksgiving weekend, only one staff at the counter, and a whole bunch of people, me included all come in at once. He was pleasant and quick. Another staff came running in from the back to help but the young man had managed to help us all already. I come to this location everytime I visit the in-laws even though it doesn't have a drive-thru which I usually prefer. The staff make it worth it.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent visit. Unfortunately, I experienced poor customer service. Despite the place being quiet, I waited for around five minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging me. A simple âIâll be with you in a momentâ would have made a big difference, as it shows that customers are valued.
One staff member made eye contact with me but walked away without saying anything, which left me feeling ignored. I suggest additional training to ensure that staff greet customers upon entry, even if they are busy. A quick acknowledgment can go a long way in making guests feel welcome.
