Went to this starbucks location yesterday (nov. 28) at 8:30p (Starbucks app says it closes at 930). Door was locked, and employee was inside mopping the floor. She acknowledged we were there and just continued mopping. Watched 2 other sets of people went up to the door and try to open the locked door.

Ended up having to go to the location on Mapleview, service was fantastic there, super polite, and was actually open like the app says… the line went to the door despite the fact that the inside was closed in 10 minutes. Props to those employees, i will definitely never be coming back to this location.

live close and come here often and they always forget the ketchup. asked for ketchup on an egg sandwhich, she states they have to add it on the side due to policy, okay sure. she asks if i want ketchup or anything with any of my other sandwhiches. i leave and am on the way to work with no ketchup at all in the bag to eat my food with so it went to waste and i didn’t have time to go back. if you can’t include it on the sandwhich i shouldn’t have to go back when you asked me twice if i wanted ketchup in the bag.

Two orders in two days, one in store and one through the app. Both were screwed up. For a premium price it's a mid service. Servers were pleasant though.

Today morning shift this review for them.
Came like usual. Paid for my coffee.
Waited 2 minutes, Waited 5 minutes, Waited 10 minutes still nothing.
They forgot about me. And also want to mention, no people has been there inside only me. Then after around of 10 minutes came the lady into Starbucks which is working there and she was served in 30 seconds, it is not fair guys.
Serve her no problem but don't forget about your old customers.
Thank you Starbucks shift keep going like this and you will get a good reputation.

Every day before go to work I'm buying coffee here, years and years .
Never saw attitude like this to their customers, usually they are nice ,respectful, fast and good, but unfortunately not today's shift.
Not good for me and for them as well.
Just asked to get my money back and left location for another coffee shop.

Great location , very clean with great staff. They are very attentive as well and incredibly pleasant. If you are looking for a great Starbucks to have a coffee and chill or spend some time with a friend I think this is a great location to do so! I will definitely be back!

🌟 Five Stars Isn’t Enough! 🌟

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location for over 7 years, and honestly, the only reason this review is so delayed is because I truly thought I had already written one!

The entire team here is fantastic, but I absolutely have to shout out Maggie and Trevor — they are the heart and soul of this store. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond, making each customer feel valued and welcome. Not once have they ever made me feel like an inconvenience, no matter how busy it gets.

A perfect example: there's a newer barista (likely still in training), and a few of the drinks haven’t been quite right. For the first time ever, I’ve had to bring a drink back — and every single time, Maggie or Trevor has remade it quickly, kindly, and with no fuss, making sure I get the drink I know and love.

Trevor, in particular, has incredible people-reading skills. He somehow knows exactly when to chat and brighten your day — even while multitasking — and when to give you space until you’ve had that first sip of caffeine (which, let’s be honest, is a superpower).

And Maggie... there aren’t enough words for how genuinely sweet and kind she is. She has such a warm, calming presence and truly makes your day better just by being herself. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like her lighting up the store.

If you’re in the area — this is the Starbucks to go to.

This place has absolutely zero humanity! I was almost finished my morning run, about 11km in, and stopped to kindly ask for water because I ran out and in the summer heat didn’t want to risk dehydration. I was refused water! I didn’t even ask for a cup, I simply asked if it was okay for them to fill my personal water bottle with tap water and they denied me due “our new company policy”. When will people stop bending to the lack of humanity these corporations push for profits?!?? Isn’t this business supposed to fostering community and a place for people to be met with care? They can say good morning to me but they can’t give someone water who is literally sweating with respiration and dehydration????? Never going here ever again!!!

Listen I have to speak my truth - this is the slowest Starbucks in Ontario. You’re waiting 15 minutes regardless if you have a mobile order, just ordered or are trying to order. It’s pretty crazy. I was waiting in line today and I couldn’t do it anymore and I just left and it happens every single time. I just go to the one on Mapleview instead now.

Mobile ordered on my way to work - had to wait 15 minutes for my mobile order inside the store.

If it was busy I would understand, but there were 4 baristas behind the counter chatting, with no sense of urgency.

I brought it to the baristas attention that I had been waiting for 15 minutes and I’m now running late for work.

Trevor the barista’s only response was “okay” - as if that is a normal experience, and I was the odd one for pointing it out.

I previously worked at Starbucks for 4 years as a shift supervisor - I know how a store is supposed to operate. I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this location.
