Every time I go to this location I am always greeted with a friendly smile, the staff are so kind, patient and warm. I have never had a bad visit! It is clean, tidy and just a really nice place to go for a drink no matter what you're looking for. My drinks are always made very tasty and quickly here as well. Ordered two hot chocolates. One regular and one white hot chocolate. These were horribly made, and tasted like soemtning that would be made in prison. The hot chocolate tasted poor, light and not tasty. The white hot chocolate however, literally smelled like eggs, and tasted like makeup smells. It was so bad, my fiancé gagged it up and it went all over my car. I have never seen someone throw a cup out the window so fast. I’m not a regular Starbucks goer but today was pitiful.The atmosphere of the store was strange and slightly unwelcoming. The only staff member who was professional and polite was ruby. The others need a full retraining on how to make the most basic hot beverage as hot chocolate should not smell like eggs and taste that horrible. $13.33 for two drinks of absolute trash.Mapleview location is much better with drive through. Close this location down.

It took them so long just to put a cake pop in a bag and give it to me. The place was not even busy. When I got home and opened the cake pop it had dirt on it. And one of the workers was being racist to a customer. Do not recommend going here.

Went there to get a coffee at the Essa starbucks in Zehrs. Customer in front of me ordered a dark roast coffee. The girl poured remainder of old coffee and than the beginning of new coffee before it was finished brewing. Customer stated he didn't want that coffee as it would be terrible. Clerk asked him what is his problem it is still good coffee. Which it wouldn't be. He asked for his money back and my friend and I left without ordering a coffee. What the heck was that clerk thinking??? Guess she doesn't know a good coffee. I won't go back thereParking: Essa and Ardagh St Easy to park there

I've been to a lot of different locations and it one is by far the BEST. The manager is great with the staff. The Staff is amazing and so nice as well as they go over and beyond, they treat everybody as equals. AMAZING
