I have tried to be patient with this location but with how expensive the drinks are, forget it!! They constantly make our drinks wrong, they under fill, it's becomes like every time. The wait time is always long. Then when I go back in the store after waiting in a long drive through to have them fix it, none of the staff care, they don't apologize. I have to say, this location has the rudest staff I have ever seen anywhere. It has got so bad, I have bought a machine and plan to just start making drinks at home, it's just not worth it anymore with how expensive it is. I want to spend my hard earned money somewhere they appreciate it.

Always such an amazing experience at this Starbucks! The employees are kind, efficient, and drinks are made perfectly every time! I used to work at another Starbucks so I definitely appreciate when the baristas take their time to make sure the order is correct and they perfect it every time!
During my recent visit I was doing some work in the cafe and felt so welcomed and taken care of. Nida, an employee at this location, checked in on us and offered us waters while we were winding down for the evening. She was busy keeping the place clean and tidy, so to go out of her way to make sure we were taken care of was exceptional!
Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks for such amazing hospitality, Starbucks for the win always!! ☺️☕️

I’ve been coming to this location for a long time, and I can honestly say I won’t go anywhere else. What keeps me coming back is their consistent quality. Every time I order my usual drink, it’s always made exactly the same way—perfectly. There’s something so reassuring about knowing that no matter what time of day I stop by, I’ll get the same great experience. Consistency really is key, and this location has it down to a science.
I also want to take a moment to shout out the morning crew—especially Shanique and Kelcey. They are always so friendly and welcoming, and it makes all the difference. Their positive energy sets the tone for the start of my day, and I genuinely appreciate it. Thank you both for making my visits so enjoyable and reliable!

I have been having issues at this location for a while now. My drinks are often messed up and I usually just forget about it and leave it because I know how busy they are.
But today, I was extremely frustrated. I I pick up my drink and didn’t realize the amount of ice in it until I finished it.
I came in to order my coffee today and Josh helped me today and he was so great!!!! I really liked that he was so high energy and very helpful and fast!!! It’s a great team work of staff at this location!!! Thanks for my coffee!!!

Lemonade based drinks are NOT LEMONADE today. Try it before you leave. We had to go to another location as we went to other end of Barrie. I got the mango dragonfruit Lemonade and it was pure water with dragonfruit.
