Lemonade based drinks are NOT LEMONADE today. Try it before you leave. We had to go to another location as we went to other end of Barrie. I got the mango dragonfruit Lemonade and it was pure water with dragonfruit.

Unfriendly staff. It's funny how the manager was the most obnoxious of all, while the front line was still better.

You need to start with the foundations miss - values, etiquettes, manners (most people pick these while growing up, seems like you were the not so bright one) and then climb up the professional training ladder of 'how to make your customers experience memorable'.

I have had a number of problems, every time I come to this location, whether it be through the drive thru or coming inside. Some of their staff are unfriendly and seem to have better things to do than provide good customer service. This is the third time in a row they have messed up my order, because they don't listen when you're ordering.

Its very disappointing and by the looks of these other reviews, a lot of people have had similar experiences. I will avoid this Starbucks going forward.

Horrible experience with Girl named Bella. I entered and she asked me in a super unwelcoming manner “how are you “ . Okay I would have let this thing ignored but then I said what can I get for my birthday, because its my birthday and I think I should be able to get a free drink and she said you need to have an app. I said I do , and the same morning I got 3 venti drinks from the same location for my friends as a birthday treat to them . And she said I am not eligible for getting a free drink . I am like okay no problem I do have e a gift card then . Its definitely not about getting a free drink but its the way how you inform your customers and treat them . And then I search it on google it literally says you just need to start using the app 7 days prior and you are eligible for it even with 1 star point . Whether on the others side I had more than 100 star. But thank you for the atlest giving me the drink after payment.

I give 0 stars for this location . Staff is rude and sloppy. They deliberately messed up my order when I asked for LESS ice in a small strawberry lemonade and filled the entire cup with ice leaving no room the for drink that costs $7.

Went on mother's day around 4:15pm to get my wife a drink, there was supposed to be no whip cream on the drink but came out with whip cream. Had to stop the car in the drive through to give the drink back, but all they did was wipe the whip cream off and put a new lid, but there was still whip cream on it on it, no apologies or anything. Weekend staff is horrible.

They took 15 minutes to make a Macha Latte in a dead restaurant. We had ordered the drink and a sausage wrap online. I went again to the counter 15 minutes after receiving the drink and I get told that they are out of wraps. It was a disappointing experience.

So I ordered on the mobile app. Arrived and drink was ready. Awesome. Quickly realized order was wrong. Barista who was on till says ‘is that your order’ (quite snitty). I said yes. I asked for soy and there is no soy. She IMMEDIATELY says ‘it’s not on the sticker so you don’t get any.’ I said Ok…. So can I have some soy please…..
She then says again!!! It’s not on the sticker!!!
I say AGAIN can I please have some….. so she says‘I can give you some on the side.’

So fine…. She is just standing there…. I say for fun…. ‘Do you want me to dump it in your garbage? Or do you want to use the sink??’ She says ‘the garbages are double bagged so that’s fine’

I stood around long enough to hear her ‘nice voice’ so TRUST me when I say she was speaking rudely to me. Her name tag said Bella.
I left- called the store and who ever answered said ‘hello’. Lesson #1 when you answer a phone at your place of business it’s ’hello starbucks’ or something.

I was a barista for 9 years…. And a customer for many many more but honestly I don’t know why I keep coming back. DO BETTER!!!!

I hope it’s her that has to clean out that liquid filled garbage bag on her break…. Kharma.

The best Starbucks in Simcoe County. Every, and I mean every member of the staff is so nice. I love grabbing coffee and sitting in this location. They also tolerate me ordering medium black coffee, yeah I'll never get the other size names right 😜
Oh and a friendly reminder, 90+% of mobile order customers say 'thank you', the other 10% it takes two words and two seconds. This staff deserves at least those two words always...😉
