I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks in Barrie yesterday. The staff went above and beyond in the kindest way. When they ran out of the sandwich my mom wanted, they surprised her with a gift card, which was already so thoughtful. Then, when we went to leave, my car wouldn’t start and they welcomed us back inside without hesitation and even gave me a free drink.
Genessa was especially incredible – so sweet, positive, and genuinely caring. She completely brightened my day and turned a stressful situation into a really memorable experience. Exceptional customer service.

Very disappointing experience at this location. No greeting or courtesy at the drive-thru. When I politely asked for napkins, the window was closed on my face despite eye contact, and there was no apology. When I said my experience was not good, the staff member at the window started laughing instead. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for 4–5 years, and this is the third poor experience at this location. Unacceptable.

Just left the Starbucks on mapleview I was first in line and it seemed that it took forever to be greeted! I realize they are busy BUT the staff kept looking elsewhere and not serving me, VERY disappointed ☹️

This location is so loud (music) we can't have a conversation or get any work done. It's old and scruffy. Tables are a mess and old

The staff here on weekends used to be super friendly and polite. Recently I don’t know if they swapped employees with Tim’s or what, but the don’t say boo to you and are super rude. Maybe a lack of training with the Starbucks standard I’m not sure, but I’d love to see the previous weekend staff back.
