Used to love this Starbucks everytime im in the area, but the last few times my drinks feel a bit watered down or with and with and excessive amount of ice. Staff still very attentive, but drinks aren't as good as they were.

I came in here today and was treated really nicely by the kind staff. I would love to give a particular shout out to Chona who engaged with the customers, asking about their days. This made my trip even better today.

I had an excellent experience at Starbucks thanks to lyv . She provided very polite and friendly customer service, making me feel truly welcome. Even though I ordered a venti cup of coffee, she went the extra mile to prepare a custom drink just for me. Her professionalism and warm attitude made my visit even better. As a long-time Starbucks customer, I’m disappointed to say that this recent experience has led me to reconsider my loyalty to the franchise.
On July 3rd at approximately 8:15 PM, I visited the drive-thru to redeem my birthday reward. Prior to arriving, the Starbucks app had unexpectedly logged me out. After logging back in, I noticed that all of my stars and rewards had disappeared. Despite this, I proceeded to order, expecting the issue could be resolved at the window.
When I presented my Starbucks card, I was informed there were no rewards available. I explained the situation — including the app malfunction — and even offered to show my ID to verify it was my birthday. However, the supervisor who was called over responded dismissively and informed me, rather curtly, that due to recent changes to the app, there was nothing they could do, even with my ID as proof.
I was left feeling dismissed and pressured to pay for a drink that had already been made, despite clearly being eligible for a birthday reward. The interaction felt cold and unempathetic, and unfortunately, it left me visibly upset. I can’t recall a time when I’ve left an establishment feeling so disheartened.
While I understand policies exist, it was the manner in which the situation was handled that was most disappointing. Because of this experience, I’ve decided I will be supporting local cafés moving forward — places where customer service still feels personal and genuine.

Purchased a dragon drink light ice. I do not usually visit this location. It was very watered down. They remade it no problem. Still watered down. I think it is possibly a base issue. Tastes mostly of water a coconut milk.

I had let an employee pick a drink for me, the following day I came back to re-purchase because I enjoyed it. When i re-purchased it, i did a mobile order and just ordered the last thing I had ordered. However, once i got the drink, i realized that the day before the lady didn’t log it was oat milk, she just made sure to add it. So when i re-purchased it didnt have oat milk. I explained the situation as i can not have regular milk, Georgia was so kind to offer to remake my drink no problem, she was more than willing and kind. Didn’t make me feel bad for not realizing sooner. Overall, had a great experience and was very impressed with how welcoming she was and how she instantly was ready to fix the problem that I had made by not double checking before i place the order. Will definitely be returning.

I really like this Starbucks. I don't live in Barrie but I am happy to do there when traveling. It has a nice atmosphere, it's clean and service is always great.
