I really like this Starbucks. I don't live in Barrie but I am happy to do there when traveling. It has a nice atmosphere, it's clean and service is always great.

Enough is enough. I don’t know how many times this location has messed my order up, unfortunately, it is the closest location to my work. Ordered online to make sure everything is ready for me to pickup within my 15 minutes break to find out that they forgot about my food. That with me asking a worker 5 minutes earlier why is the flat white ready and the food isn’t. Was disregarded and told that the lady who prepares the food is busy. The coffee was absolutely disgusting too! Went straight to their garbage. I drink my coffee with oat milk everyday, so I can tell how oat milk tastes! Was offered a new one but because I waited for my oatmeal for 13 minutes I had to leave to make it back to work! So ended up paying nearly $13 for oatmeal and disgusting aftertaste of horrible flat white in my mouth.

As a customer of 17 years, in one interaction this locations service- specifically with Maddie- made me never want to go to another Starbucks again. Not only do staff members blame you for saying the right order when they’ve entered it incorrectly twice. They blame you if they make it incorrectly and ask them to make you the drink you ordered. When you go to file a complaint as well on their website they don’t have that accessible either. Disappointing at best and outrageous at worst with the prices you charge. So bad I got asked for a refund- oh and then they tried to give me less back lol… avoid at all costs.
