Starbucks is definitely the place to go for a high quality of food and service. The issue at this location is the lack of efficiency. I waited in the store today for 20 minutes for a cold brew and a cookie. Drive-thru and online ordering definitely seemed to be the priority. When inquiring about the delay, I was told “yup you’re up next” but that didn’t seem to be true. No rudeness from the staff, but it really shouldn’t take that long for such a small order.
