Worst service I have ever had at starbucks. First the lady taking my order just stood at another counter just blankly staring at me and not calling me to give order and i had to approach to place my order and then my order was just kept on the counter with me waiting and nobody called my name or order and I was waiting for 5 minutes when I realized my order was there the whole time and the lid was not fitted properly over the cup also thankfully i noticed that. Worst Starbucks service ever

I visited Starbucks, at location 311 bayfield today at around 1:30 pm. Actually I got scheduled an interview there. They offered me a drink, I ordered pecan crunch oat latte there, I really liked the quality of the drink, it was made perfectly. I have never tasted starbucks drinks before. But overall, this is the best drink I've ever tasted. The employees are awesome. The manager of the store is very friendly. Overall, the best experience.

Got served by "Belle" (I think, hard to read her name tag) and was terrible. No greeting, seemed annoyed by taking my order and all round miserable. I paid, and they didn't have part of my order. I unfortunately had to cancel because it was for my kids and we specifically went for the items they were out of. She reluctantly gave me a not at all sincere apology. I said I needed my money back. She looked at me baffled. Like...I'm not about to walk away from nearly $40. She looked extremely annoyed and went to get someone else to help her do the transaction. And no goodbye or anything. I'll NEVER be returning to this location. The last time we went was when I was pregnant (4.5 yrs ago) and they were extremely rude to my husband. Figured I'd give them another chance on our way to Oakville today. I got MUCH better, happy service from the OnRoute location near Cookstown and have never had an issue at the other bayfield location.
