I’m absolutely shocked by the lack of service of a supervisor from this location and not following corporate protocol to resolve issues.
On Saturday I was driving through Barrie on my way to the city and placed an order using the app. The app sent the order to the regular store I use in a different city and unfortunately I didnt notice the error. The store told me there was nothing they could do for me. I called the location that the orders were sent to apologized and hoped I at least saved them from make this large order (I had 4 of my teenagers with me drinks and food totalled over 62$) and I explained what had just happened the store told me not to worry and the location in Barrie that I was at would be able to help me. They could do an immediate recovery and place the order at that store.
I advised the supervisor of Barrie location of what my store had just told me and I was told no that’s not what they do. This supervisor then proceeded to go to the back to “resolve this issue” but really all she was doing was calling the other store and telling them how they were wrong to advise me of this and went on and on. They didn’t even just call that store once she called that store repeatedly. She then started to text her stores manager and she would show me that her store manager wasn’t reaponding to tell her what to do. End of the days after 30 min of getting no where I had to replace my order with her and PAY a second time for my order after an app error. She removed her name tag when I asked for her name and the store managers name so I Could escalate this later she had removed her name tag and told me it was her Right to remove herself from this situation and not give her name.
1 - if she’s the store supervisor on then she should have known what to Do and been equipped to do it with out waiting for other people to tell her what to Do! 2- I’m not out over 120$ for this order and waiting for corporate to possibly refund me one of the orders 3- why would you repeatedly call another Store and tell them off for doing there job while you don’t do yours.

With much love and appreciation, how you have to ‘punch it in’ is really up to you, team. That said, Starbucks is a place that offers custom Coffee drinks. A little customization ought not to shake the foundations ;)

Love this Starbucks, Jennifer was amazing and so kind, and made one of the best frapps I’ve ever had. Definitely come to this location!!
Worst service I have ever had at starbucks. First the lady taking my order just stood at another counter just blankly staring at me and not calling me to give order and i had to approach to place my order and then my order was just kept on the counter with me waiting and nobody called my name or order and I was waiting for 5 minutes when I realized my order was there the whole time and the lid was not fitted properly over the cup also thankfully i noticed that. Worst Starbucks service ever

I visited Starbucks, at location 311 bayfield today at around 1:30 pm. Actually I got scheduled an interview there. They offered me a drink, I ordered pecan crunch oat latte there, I really liked the quality of the drink, it was made perfectly. I have never tasted starbucks drinks before. But overall, this is the best drink I've ever tasted. The employees are awesome. The manager of the store is very friendly. Overall, the best experience.
