Employees taking orders were super rude saying “sure” in an annoyed tone for example. If customers making alterations is too complicated and inconvenient for you maybe you shouldn’t be working at starbucks. Wont be going to this location again.

Not one to write negative reviews, and I get it I worked in the food industry for years.. it can definitely be shitty. But why every time I go and get the same ice coffee, the quality of the drink just seems to get worse and worse. This is supposed to be a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with cold foam. If the drink is going to be made wrong, at LEAST make sure it’s full. I’ve been going to this location for quite some time, but over the past few months-year the quality has just gone down completely.. I won’t be back. I’m sorry, it’s just really not worth spending $7+ on a drink that’s advertised on the menu to be made incorrectly every time or not even filled to the top.

I work shift work and I’ve been going to this particular Starbucks every morning I work at 6:15am for the last 3.5 years with absolutely no issues until the last two weeks. Last Saturday, and this Saturday and this morning (Sunday). Both times I approach the store, the lights are on and I see workers inside but when I get up to the window no one answers, I attempt to go in and the door is locked. Google states they have not changed their hours and that they still open at 530am. It’s been very frustrating as it has completely thrown off my morning routines and made me late for work two weekends in a row now.

I go to the Starbucks a lot and I normally have a very good experience. The workers are very friendly, atmosphere is great and I am satisfied most of the time. However, whenever I get an ice shaken espresso, it seems that it is way too milky and never made correctly as it’s normally made at other Starbucks. I think that training needs to be reevaluated on how to make shaken espressos, other than that I love this location and they do an amazing job.

I went through the drive through at this location and got a venti matcha latte with almond milk. The matcha powder was not blended properly at all. There were tons of big chunks of powder in my drink. I’ve ordered this drink many times from other Starbucks and never had a problem. I was so disappointed. Please advise your baristas to make their matcha drinks properly. I will not be returning to this Starbucks.

The baristas are always so kind and nice! They immediately asked me if I wanted to redeem my points that I completely forgot about. They always have great recommendations when the new season drinks come out.
The only thing I noticed is that my drink is normally not full to the top. Last time I ordered, I would say I was missing about 1.5 inches of my latte even with the whip cream added. I noticed it as soon as I left the drive thru so it wasn’t like the whip cream melted.
Other than that I’ve had amazing service here- drive thru and inside.
Would recommend coming here!

The staff are very friendly and use your name if you pay using the app which is a nice touch.
This Starbucks has always been clean are the staff seem to enjoy their job.
Very efficient service and the staff also provide tips about the drinks ie. refills for tea etc.

Kid-friendliness: High Chairs are available and clean.

Staff zooming around like rats being all "pretend-woke-nice". Working hard and probably overworked and underpaid.

Way too busy, and drive thru line was backing out to Yonge Street. You'd think there was a gold rush here.

Starbucks is usually an auto 1 star for their radical woke liberalness, but the 2 star rating here is showing some empathy for the overworked employees who have to be fake nice all day.

Wow, where do I even begin? Hands down, this is one of the most iconic stores I’ve ever had the pleasure of stepping into! Before writing this review, I scrolled through some others, and honestly, I’m shocked at how nasty some customers can be—like, seriously?! Guess some people just have bad days! My experience was the complete opposite. The staff here are absolutely amazing!

From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was more than just a customer. The team was SUPER nice, and they genuinely cared about getting my order just right. It wasn’t just the usual, "Hey, what can I get for you?" kind of service. They took the time to really get to know me and even asked a couple of fun questions that made me feel like we were already friends. And, let me tell you, they nailed my drink perfectly—like, they made it better than I imagined!

The whole vibe in the store was high energy and full of positivity. The staff were buzzing around with smiles on their faces, cracking jokes, and making everyone feel right at home. It’s rare to walk into a place and feel like you belong, but that’s exactly what they managed to do here. I couldn’t help but notice how they treated every single customer with the same kindness and enthusiasm—no one left without a smile!

I’ve been to a lot of stores, but this one? 100 out of 10, easily. If you're anywhere in the area, do yourself a favor and drop by—you won’t regret it! Thank you so much, guys, for not only getting my order spot on but for making me feel like a part of the family. I’ll definitely be back! 💖✨
