Very disappointing service at this drive-thru location. Only one staff member was running back and forth between two service windows, which led to a rushed and disorganized experience. She didn’t give me a chance to finish my order, and I ended up receiving the wrong drink. I asked for an iced matcha latte, but was given a hot one instead. I also ordered a large size, but the cup wasn’t even filled properly—it looked nothing like what’s advertised. Terrible service overall. I would not recommend this location.

there are 2 workers here who are so sweet! i ordered an ice chai and when i came to the window they politely let me know they were out of chai, and to make it up to me they made me a venti ribbon crunch frap for the price of a small chai!! i love you guys, thank you!!!

I had the pleasure of being served by Simmi at Starbucks today, and I couldn't be more impressed! She made me a Caramel Hazelnut Frappe, and it was absolutely amazing. Not only was she super sweet and friendly, but the drink she made was even better than I expected. The perfect balance of caramel and hazelnut flavors, and it was blended to perfection. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you, Simmi!

Every single time I come here my order is made wrong. I stopped coming here because the last three times I ordered specifically a VENTI, and then was given a grande. I haven’t have time to ask them to remake it or pay the difference so i’m left to get something I didn’t ask for. This may seem like it’s not a big deal, but that combined with all of the drinks tasting completely different (aka worse) than every other starbucks location made me fed up. Now i’m leaving 10min early everyday to take a different route and go to a different location that’s not even a drive-through. I’d suggest training your employees on how to listen over the headset and also how to have better customer service skills because they’re quite rude.
