OK, I’m gonna first of all start off and saying there are two girls who work at this location who are absolutely amazing and I always look forward to seeing them getting my morning coffee. They are always positive and always put me in a smiling mood. The reason I am posting a negative review on this place is so ridiculous, I have a truck that is less than 8 feet tall. They have a bar Hanging on chains in the drive-through saying the height is 8.4 feet. Every single time I drive through here, the bar rubs against my truck, I have let them know repeatedly. They should probably raise it to the height that it says, especially since it’s a sign. They have told me that they will let the manager know. So I go again, naturally assuming that management has been informed and would fix this, but that has not been the case and again it rubs against my work truck. I can only blame myself at this point for still going to this location of convenience because I’m on the highway a lot for work. But again the customer service and the employees at this location are great! It’s just this one stupid thing and it’s so dumb because it’s so easy to fix.

Closed 45 mins before advertised time of 8pm. We got to drive thru line at 7:10pm, someone came on prompter to let us know they will serve us shortly. Waited another 5 mins to have another person tell us on the prompter that they are closed. This is the worse Starbucks location I have ever been to. Never again!

Was at this location earlier this korning with a coworker, he walked up to the front to order a coffee and the server procceeded to drink from her coffee, glance at him, then turn around and ignore.After waiting about 5min, we left. Not really impressed with that.

Ordered 3 peppermint hot chocolate’s, and got 2 peppermint mochas. The vanilla bean frappaccino had no vanilla flavour at all. Thank goodness for the Starbucks at Webers. They fixed all the messed up drinks at no charge! Will never stop at this Starbucks again, I will wait the extra 30 minutes and stop where I know my order will be made correct!

Went to this location with a friend, I didn’t order anything but she did. Her and I were after this group of three in line, She ordered some type of Frappuccino.The group of three received their drinks and food and they screwed up their order completely. The drinks were made hot and they ordered iced drinks…. they received a cookie instead of banana bread aswell. The group asked for them to remake the drinks and food since they were all wrong and this location wanted them to PAY for the new drinks to be remade. My friend at this time was waiting for 15 minutes for her singular drink. Once she mentioned something to the workers at this location they gave her attitude and they went on with making the drive thrus drinks. Once she received her drink, it was the wrong size and asked to get the correct size and/or a refund for waiting 30 minutes for her beverage.This location needs to be retrained and have less attitude! That was to much!

I ordered one grande black tea that was correct but then every other drink in my order of 7 was wrong. Ordered 4 hot mochas received them all as iced. That’s okay that’s still a good drink but I asked for the gingerbread oat shaken lattes due to allergies of other drinks? Got two regular lattes. Second time I’ve come here and gotten my whole order wrong.

Came in yesterday around 6:30 pm. Order three cold drinks, first they made 2 wrong from 3. We requested to make them again they made it we appreciate that. it took more than 25 minutes for 3 drinks and third drink was too bitter, we can’t even took 2 sips, we stired it , but still stay same. Very bad experience, i think will not go back there.
