I wish I could give ZERO stars to the female working today she has the worlds worst customer service I have ever come across in my life. Zero patience, zero regard, you employ people like that? It’s my second experience with her and the very last one. I will take my business elsewhere. Management needs to train her how to properly handle guests because treating people like that is awful. I just hope she isn’t in a management role. That would be EVEN worst.

Excellent Service I had a fantastic experience at Subway recently, and I just had to share. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient from the moment I walked in. They greeted me with a smile, patiently listened to my order, and made helpful suggestions without being pushy.
What really impressed me was how clean and organized the location was, and how carefully they prepared my sub just the way I wanted it.
It’s rare to see this level of customer care in a fast food setting, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. Shoutout to the team for making great food and providing top-notch service .I’ll definitely be coming back!

When I got home with my sub the bread was dry and impossible to chew. It was stale and should never have been sold. First and last time eating from this place.

I ordered a Canadian club and when the worker went to go grab the bacon her very dirty apron leaned into the sub covered half of it for about 5 seconds. Also the lettuce and cucumbers were gross looking. I ended up throwing the sub out didn't want to get sick from whatever bacteria was on her apron. I didn't say anything because they were extremely rude, impatient and it was busy. Never coming back to this location again. Tell your workers to watch where there body is when leaning to grab something.
