I made the order via app to avoid waiting time. When It showed my order is ready in the app I went to pick it, but it was not, the staff asked me to wait for 20 minutes and kept serving their walk in customers. I left the store and came back after 30 minutes and still my order was not ready.

This is the second Sunday in a row we have ordered subs and the buns are so stale we have had to throw them out! Waste of money! Does your staff not care. They were inedible

My steak and cheese sub was just
ok. Not worth the price for sure but it's for the customer service I won't be back. No greeting, two of three workers on their phones and after paying - no acknowledgement. Turned his back on me to join his buddies chatting. Will be happy to spend my $ elsewhere.

I never leave reviews but I feel inclined. The gentleman who was working tonight (July 28th around 11:30pm) is the nicest most hardworking fast food person I’ve seen; he was working by himself and there was 3 of us in-store + pick up/uber orders he had to complete yet he was working so efficiently and spoke to everyone so nicely despite a high-stress situation (I’m a server so I can understand). This location is lucky to have him. I rarely eat subway but I’ll be going more to this location just because of him! :)

change the time that it says your open till if your only open till 12. your google time says 1am kinda confusing

Went in with my partner to order 2 subs for dinner. Two staff were working and one was serving the customer ahead of us. The other kept talking to the one serving someone in their own language, then turned around and went into the back, but kept talking to the person doing the serving. We waited almost 10 minutes before the person doing the serving got to us. A line up had formed in the meantime, but the second guy didn't offer to help. I decided not to get anything, but my partner got a steak sub.

Sub was acceptable. Price was outrageous - $15 for a sub. Subway has also gotten rid of several ingredients that I like. I wouldn't dream of going back to this location.

We ordered subs through this store, subs were as expected good. The only issue when I opened the first paper wrap I found a lime green hair elastic (as seen in the attached photo). I found this to be very gross and turned me off eating it.
