We ordered subs through this store, subs were as expected good. The only issue when I opened the first paper wrap I found a lime green hair elastic (as seen in the attached photo). I found this to be very gross and turned me off eating it.

I don’t recommend this location because their prices are sky high for example Meatball by itself everywhere is not more than $10 including taxes but in this branch is more than $12 WOW $2 more. He is GREEDY.

how on earth is a single sub combo $25+? may as well go to a real restaurant and get decent food that isn’t rotten
Use to love coming to this location, its close to my house, usually not too busy so it's fast. But the last few times I've been there, the staff have been rude and seem to not care that you're there. They speak in their own language to the other employees, and when you're trying to tell how you would like your sub made, they too busy talking to each other and end up messing up the sub.Well not not be going back.

Two issues , Did a mobile order for two subs, one had tomato which the person for that sub is allergic too and had to use there epipen due to this, Called the store and the kids that work there did nothing, said the store manager will call, When i was there i also got 4 - 25$ gift cards found out later one of which was not loaded so called again and yet again was told the manager would cvall......no call when to the store to deal with gift card and was told to call head office but there didn't have a number!!! they gave me a number that didn't work then gave me a number to the TTC! WHAT A FAIL SUBWAY!

This is one of the subways with the new look.Not sure if it has just opened recently but it was very clean.Food was very fresh including toppings.It was busy and they had 3 ladies working that were supper fast, friendly and organized.Was not like some other subways which are cheap on toppings.They have some new subs added recently and added fresh toppings like their cheeses.

Went in for a sub last night after a bad day. The guy working asked how my day was, and I laughed and said terrible. Long story short, as I was paying he disappeared to the back and came back with a warmed up cookie for me :). Literally brought tears to my eyes, thank you for your kindness.
