So today I went to the subway and a man named Arman made my sub. I’ve ordered the sub many of times never had an issue with it, but today the bread was actually soaked from the sauce, so I brought it back and asked him to please remake it, he proceeded to argue with me about remaking it saying I should’ve said only one line of sauce. Meanwhile, I was ordering three subs at once so my main priority wasn’t watching how much sauce he was putting on a step so I asked him to remake it. I got argued with so I asked for a manager he went and called them and as soon as he got back, he proceeded to put in a refund And asked for a receipt that he didn’t even give me. He didn’t apologize didn’t say anything and when I left, and was just flat out rude who argues with a costumer?

Always so dead when I go but the food is bomb and if you say extra for a topping you do not have to say it again and again all awkwardly to get all the onions or whatever you want! They nail it everytime, I live close and go often enough. Everything is clean and so are the washrooms.

I really enjoyed my visit to Subway. The staff were friendly and patient while I picked my toppings, and everything tasted fresh. The bread was soft, the veggies were crisp, and the whole sandwich was made just the way I wanted.Service was quick and the place was clean. Overall, a really good experience.

Service was okay but the food was terrible. The subs were drowning in mayonnaise, made a big mess and the vegetables (lettuce and cucumber) were old, brown and wilted.

Worst Subway in the area. Sandwich was cold even after asking for double toast. Employe was totally lost and incompetent. Prices on display are also not matching

Today I went in and the app wasn’t working honouring my bogo deal
The employee helped me try and reach customer service.
App worked finally. He took the time to help me and he was busy.
Tonight I went back and ordered for 2 more kids and they called me to say the meat I ordered was not avail and he made another sub as my request.
He put 2 cookies in the bag for my inconvenience and both times the footlongs were perfect!
Will continue to go to this location!

The meat is kept out in large containers which is unacceptable based on proper food handling procedures. Vegetables like lettuce and tomatoes looked gross and were in dirty containers. Again from a food handling perspective unacceptable. Food Inspectors need to visit this location and staff need to be properly trained on food handling.
