Service was okay but the food was terrible. The subs were drowning in mayonnaise, made a big mess and the vegetables (lettuce and cucumber) were old, brown and wilted.

Worst Subway in the area. Sandwich was cold even after asking for double toast. Employe was totally lost and incompetent. Prices on display are also not matching

Today I went in and the app wasn’t working honouring my bogo deal
The employee helped me try and reach customer service.
App worked finally. He took the time to help me and he was busy.
Tonight I went back and ordered for 2 more kids and they called me to say the meat I ordered was not avail and he made another sub as my request.
He put 2 cookies in the bag for my inconvenience and both times the footlongs were perfect!
Will continue to go to this location!

The meat is kept out in large containers which is unacceptable based on proper food handling procedures. Vegetables like lettuce and tomatoes looked gross and were in dirty containers. Again from a food handling perspective unacceptable. Food Inspectors need to visit this location and staff need to be properly trained on food handling.

I'm giving it a generous 2 star because the store is clean, and SOMETIMES the service is decent.

But if there's a couple people in line it takes almost the same time as ordering from a resturaunt.

I ordered my food through the app thinking it would be ready on time, and proceeded to wait about an hour for 2 subs. There were 2 other people waiting over an hour for an order online that said it was done 30 min before but wasn't even started.

The worker seemed to be making the subs at such a slow pace. He proceeded to serve 100$ worth of subs and 2 families before he even STARTED on any mobile orders.

Not even sure how long the other waited before they got served.
If I knew he was going to take that long I would've gotten a refund and driven across town to get a sub sooner.

He also called the complete wrong name for the order. It was nothing remotely close to the name on the order adding to more confusion.

Update, today (July 31, 2024) the quality was very bad. My Italian Herb and Cheese Bun was old, stale and hard. The Lettuce looked several days old, wilted and visible brown on most of the pieces. Will not likely return.

Non of the veggies looked fresh, with exception of green peppers, The only reason I came to Subway is because of craving fresh veggies. I feel sick now thinking about it. Never to visit this location again.

Very clean store, but went in to get my regular sub and noticed that they only had about 4 types of veggies. I asked the lady if this is all they had for veggies and she said yes. The next customer behind me asked where all the veggies were and the worker helping him said they have everything in the back. I get that there busy during lunch, however I’d appreciate not being lied to. It’s ok for the workers to take an extra couple minutes to refill their veggies. I heard this after paying for my sub and left with a sad sub :(

Ordered a grilled wrap (grill was broken), with chicken, shredded cheese, avocado, spinach, pickles, banana peppers, onions, green peppers and mayo and this was the wrap the whole way through. Least impressive wrap I have ever paid for.
