It’s a Singhway, not a Subway. Look in the window, they’re playing on their phones. Walk in and they’re speaking jibberish to one another. They barely acknowledged my presence let alone say anything other than “yes” …as in what do I want.
Toppings…for each one I select I have to say “more”. Lettuce please….more, onions please…more etc. All the while they’re still talking jibberish to each other, one is even on the phone speaking jibberish to someone else.
I pay my money and don’t even get a thank you, they just go right back to playing on their phones and speaking jibberish.

It’s 2:03 in the morning and I accidentally ordered somthing so I called them to ask for a refund only to get a mumbled response then a hangup. horrible service

Worst Subway Store. I ordered a veggie patty sandwich thorugh uber and 2 orange juice with 2 cookies. Neither i got my cookies nor my drinks, what i got was my sub with not toasted and not grilled with 1 apple juice which i didn't even ordered. Terrifying experience again with this store. I do not suggest anyone to order from here. Thank you for making it even worse.

One person there was doing an awesome job serving a happy hour and running the restaurant all by himself and still manages to give good food, the wait time was littlw high for managment to consider hiring more staff. Keep up the good work!

Went here at 730pm 09/12/25 and was treated terribly. Asked for extra onions and was told no, that I asked for too many already. I reassured him that there weren’t too many onions and had ask him again to which he complied. He gave me so much negative energy and had made sure to physically take my coupon from me so I was unable to reuse it again. I had asked for his name so I can complain and he would not give me his name. He is a shorter gentleman. Will not be returning to this location.

i could have given -1000 to you guys was really hungry and wanted to try sub but boy working there tonight didn’t even responded to me i asked him multiple times as i didn’t knew what to order … owner should change this type of employee

The staff was rude. They acted like I was inconveniencing them just being there. They threw my sandwich together. And then while I was eating just yelled at each other the entire time I was trying to eat my food.

Ordered uber also got a receipt with it with my exact order, things were missing, it was like they took both our subs and smashed them together and said here u go. First and last time I'll order from here, can't even read a receipt, mixing up subs like it's sand in sandbox. No tampering on bag either they even stuffed the subs under heavier drinks.

I had a bad experience at this Subway. The crew member (mem) who helped me was extremely rude. They seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in, didn’t greet me, and acted like I was a bother for ordering. No basic courtesy, no eye contact — just a really negative attitude the whole time.
I come to Subway for a quick, decent meal, but this kind of treatment makes me want to go elsewhere. Hopefully, this gets addressed because customer service matters.
