When I went to receive my order, the behaviour of the employee was very rude and they didn’t even give me napkins. Also the instructions I gave for my order was not followed. Very poor

If I could give half a star, I would. Their app is not working. It charged me twice for both orders that failed to produce but charged my payment method anyway. My husband asked for them to please apply a courtesy credit since the app wouldn’t let us put the order through, and both employees, Yusika and Jay Raj Patel, completely refused to help in any way. There is no manager or supervisor on site, and they refused to call one or help in any way. Stay away from this location. They are absolutely useless.

Walked in three guys at the counter doing nothing but talking service was completely garbage instead of using words people like to point and use face expressions 😂 😂

So I ordered two subways this morning one veggie delite foot long and one veggie patty 6”. But they give me both 6” and they didn’t even put sauces properly. And they changed items in my order without asking. On top of that when i messaged uber I don’t know who was that customer service guy which kept saying that we can’t give refund for that. So basically I paid for their mistake wow.

One of the worst subway I have ever been. Employees are very rude. they don't know how to talk to their customers. I order Italian Harb bread with veggi patty, but girl gave me white bread. I don't recommend anybody that place.
Always feel bad for the night guys, already getting slammed with online orders, he had 6 to do, plus customers in store, all by himself. I'm sure they're not making enough money for that, thanks for the hard work guys.
