They don't allow to redeem points . One of the staff was very rude . After preparing the entire order he didn't let me redeem my points and instead gave me rude gesture. After asking him for the manager he denied to contact him. While having my lunch he started sweeping the floor near my table .

I can’t believe people are asking for tips to do there job making a sub.. nobody served me at a table or brought the food to me I had to stand in line and place an order

Accessibility door is broken. Had a veggie sub. They were out of green olives and it seemed a little pricey ($7.56) for a 6” veggie sub.
Not baby friendly. No change table in either washroom. This is the first time I’ve ever had to change my baby on the floor of a washroom.

I can’t rate the food as I walked out, but I mean we’ve all eaten subway before! The person serving me just stood there silent and was so rude I decided to walk out! I usually don’t leave reviews but if you hate your job that much, you shouldn’t be in the customer service industry!
