Giving one star because cant give zero, the attitude of Akshit Patel was not so good asked him to use the fresh bread from down and he was like we cant use the bread untill we finish it from top. Being a previous employee of subway chain i know how subway works and why they are not interested in serving first fresh bread very disappointing and bad experience very rude even Another employee her name was lipisha was so rude like she was yesterday we finished all the breads and everything is fine than if they made everything today than what is the problem in using the bread from down just for my satisfaction Very rude and bad experience i has on weekends it ruined my weekend

The guy named akshay is very rude don't know the difference between breads i asked for white italian gave me herb and cheese don't know how to talk to customers was very rude when i pointed out the differnece between breads and at last did not grilled the sub would not suggest to go here go to the firehouse which is close the mall atleast you get what you pay for and staff and subs are good there. Save money and time.

Really Really bad customer service. Me and my friend ordered from this subway. The girl who was making our order she was so rude . She was talking in her language with her coworker because we want our subway grill , toasted and want to put 4-5 sauces . She don't want to put that sauces. Not Recommended.....

So went bought a foot long and a 6 inch someone explain to me how came out to be 30 dollar? Going to go back later look at price cuz swear man ripped me off charged me for 2 foot long also said I couldn't use a coupon there.

I had wrost experience of this subway located in grorgian mall I asked them to grill my sub but they denied and main thing they don't follow hygiene they make sub of every customer with same gloves and also they behave with customer very rudely I don't recommend anyone to have sub from this subway if you want eatable and hygienic food please don't go there # worst employees # worst customer service # worst food # unhygienic

Was craving a sub packed with fresh veggies. All their veggies looked old, and not appetizing. I ordered a turkey bacon and the guy barely put any toppings on even after I asked for more. This sub cost 17.68 and there was nothing to it. Since subway increased their prices they have turned nothing but cheap. I could have gotten a sub from fire house subs for same price and actually had topping. I’m boycotting subway after this. Nothing but a rip off.

Sub like Scottie! For face value, you can't really go wrong with a veggie patty sub on promo with Subway rewards scheme is pretty solid.Yum grub, fresh bread and a good amount of healthy veggies and salad is pretty dope.Subway is pretty much the only reasonable options you'll find in this mall too.

The staff was not really cooperative, said i can only grill your sandwich if you will add only 3 sauces. This is not just one day, they are asking for the same each day making it a rule. The staff was very rude. 0 star to staff service.

my cold cut was completely wrong, even after calling and i asking specific instructions to ensure my order was made right. i called an asked for extra sauce, and got no sauce at all. my other sub was supposed to be toasted and wasn’t. not to mention the customer service was atrocious. i called back afterwards and she had no recollection of the prior phone call, and was extremely rude. had no remorse or solution for the problem. all 3 subs were made wrong. i would like a full refund because im not paying 50 dollars for something i asked for and didnt receive. i will not be coming back to your restaurant, your staff is disrespectful and id advise you to get a new manager who cares about costumer service.

o my god! lady was so stupid over there we are begging for the toppings and after she said we can only put 4 sauces and there is no rule at subway that we can only allow to have 4 sauces such a cheap and mean lady teach her some manners.
