Very bad rude people work here, promise will never come back to this store here in Georgian mall. We are not getting anything free we pay for our stuff and deserve to get respect from employees. They all talk in their language, I felt after they talk to me 1 person said my name loudly and start talking in their language something about me. Very very rude people work here .

Very bad customer service, the girl and boy appeared very over stimulated over 3 footlongs.
They were stingy with the toppings and sauce.
The drinks machines syrup weren’t replenished. Very disappointed

This Subway isn't that bad, and the customer service is pretty good considering it's in a mall. BUT... the guy making the sandwiches need to pay more attention to making the sandwiches, and not skimp on the veggies.

Ordered a salad with double meat but it was two half scoops. Hardly any lettuce the salad didn't even fill the bowl. And now they're charging extra for some sauces! What's happened to Subway?!
Went around 7pm on April 16th. There was a lady taking orders while on FaceTime. All you can hear was chatter and a crying baby. Has no customer service skills and seems eager to get back to her conversation. When we left she went straight back to her phone. You can observe her touching her phone/ putting lip chap on and not washing her hands. She is bad for business and those who aren’t even purchasing a sub see her on display.

The staff at this Subway location were incredibly rude and unprofessional. No basic courtesy, no patience, and definitely no sense of customer service. I felt completely unwelcome and disrespected. I won’t be returning—and I’d recommend others think twice before visiting. I should have checked their reviews first.
Horrible location. I never have a good experience here.
We had the most awful service! The guy wasn't paying attention to our order and made one sub wrong. He was mostly interested in the young girls hanging around the food court. Gave us wrong potato chips and wouldn't exchange them. Terrible service for the price of the food, will not return!! Very disappointing!!!
