Ask for 6 inch sub got cut short and didn't get cut open properly got 10% top bun and 90% on the bottom would of been better if they didn't even cut it an out the topping on top basic say shit to what I got...ask for double meat barely got more than the regular amount....complete waste of money....if I coukd add a picture I would

The one lady that’s short with dark hair… she’s rude. I’m always very polite. But everyday she purposely makes me wait 10-15 mins before even asking what I want.. then she charges me $10.50 for the same 6inch sub that I get at another location for $8.
If you like cold cut sandwiches, it is good, as any.

She told me that the griller is not working and then when I said ok fine then I might have to cancel it, all of a sudden it start working. She even denied to give me a glass for water just because I made her to gril.For the manager today is Friday 20th oct time is 21:55After that she refused to give me the redund as well. The manager name "jinalbhai" I guess not sure.

I usually don’t do negative reviews but this was exceptionally bad.I got sick from the sub I bought there not even an hour after and had to take a full day off after to recover. I got a 6” meatballer sub, I have a suspicion the danger zones/ temperatures weren’t kept an eye on or was past it’s replace time as it was later in the day.The worker preparing my food also didn’t switch gloves between my order and the persons order before mine (including to put my cookies in the bag) which also could have contributed to it.This is the first location I’ve had an issue and love the Essa road one, but I am definitely not coming back to this location food safety is a must.

There's a young man at this location named Paar (spelling?) Who makes an amazing sandwich. Everytime. If everyone at this location made sandwiches like Paar, it would be an easy 5 star.
