Use to love subway, but I honestly do not think I will ever be returning to the chain. I got an Italian B.M.T 6 inch combo, it came in at just under 15$. That's absolutely nuts for the quality and amount of food you are receiving.
Its like the sandwich artists only know how to put on one ingredient. Light lettuce? Here's two handfuls. Oh greenpeppers? Oh yeah you can have one.
Subways need to start to take a look in the mirror, absolute ripoff these days.

Garbage. Stopped in Sunday Aug. 3 around 2pm. The young lady was very put out she had to serve me. Asked for a teriyaki Crunch wrap. Not sure if she’s made one before. Heated up the chicken. Then wanted me to choose the veggies before the chicken was even on the wrap. I said ‘can you put the chicken on first?!’ Again, annoyed with me. Asked for it to be grilled, but the grill hadn’t been turned on yet so that was a no go. Asked her if she could microwave it for about 20 seconds at least. Came back with it about 2 minutes later and it’s a damn mess, so hot and soggy the lettuce inside is completely cooked. The whole thing went in the garbage. I realize no one gives a crap about customer service anymore or the quality of the products they sell but this took the cake. Miserable little girl needs retraining.

I had a great experience at Subway today, all thanks to Trushil! He was super friendly, quick, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. The veggies were fresh, the bread was perfectly toasted, and he even recommended a great sauce combo I hadn’t tried before. It’s rare to see someone so attentive and polite during a busy shift. Thanks, Trushil – you made my day better with your service!

Do not order unless you confirm bread is fresh. ordered 2 subs paid almost $35 only to get home and bread was stale and meat tasted off. Very sad that subway chain allows this to happen. The owners need to smarten up or someone going to get really sick from this kind of thing... if you can't sell fresh food don't sell food....

P.S. the massive brick of a bike lock on the front door should’ve been an indicator loi

Ask for 6 inch sub got cut short and didn't get cut open properly got 10% top bun and 90% on the bottom would of been better if they didn't even cut it an out the topping on top basic say shit to what I got...ask for double meat barely got more than the regular amount....complete waste of money....if I coukd add a picture I would
